Frozen yogurt doesn’t get better than Menchies. Seriously, I don’t understand how others (e.g. Forever Yogurt, Red Mango, etc) are still in business. Menchies yogurts are the most high quality, they have the largest selection of flavors and toppings and they have the best rewards program. This is by far the best frozen yogurt chain. If you’re listening please open more locations!

Love this place! In my opinion they have the best froyo out of all the froyo places here in Chicago. I also love that there is a rewards system, I even got free froyo for my birthday!

Menchies is a great new frozen yogurt place in the area. They have many different flavors and lots of great toppings. The gentleman working was also nice and helpful, he even gave us a 20% off coupon on our next visit. Prices are reasonable, and I like how it’s located in a shopping area with a parking lot. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been to the Highland Park Menchies many times before visiting this location, what makes this particular store stand out is the cleanliness of the store and the extremely welcoming employees. Special shout out to «Alex» for his suggestion of the «ice cream sandwich bar» flavor. I will definitely be back and bring my DePaul friends.

While visiting my daughter at DePaul, she needed a frozen yogurt fix so we decided to try the new Menchies frozen yogurt store in Riverpoint Mall. The mall has its own free parking lot which made it easy to park instead of having to deal with street parking and feeding the meters.
The first thing I noticed was that the place was kept absolutely spotless and was colorfully decorated which made it very pleasing inside. The two people working behind the counter were super friendly and made sure we knew how the process of making your own frozen yogurt creation worked.
There are numerous flavors to choose from and I settled on a combination of pure chocolate and rockin salted caramel. They have every topping imagineable but I had to try the chocolate covered strawberries and milk chocalate fudge. I was surprised how reasonable the prices were and I agreed to join the rewards club at checkout.
It was a nice day out and we were happy to see that they had outdoor seating which is where we ate. I ended up loving both yogurt flavors and both toppings and can’t wait to go back and try a new combination. Overall, the ambiance, service and frozen yogurt was great and will have it on my list whenever I visit my daughter at DePaul.

This is a pretty good froyo place with lots of yogurt and topping options, decently priced. Employees have always been pleasant in my experience.

I have come here a handful of times since it opened. The fro yo is always delicious but the employees are lazy.
I called tonight at 930 to see how late they are open on the weekends. The lady who answered the phone said 1030. My wife and I drove and arrived to Menchies at 1005. The front door was locked so I knocked repeatedly on the door. A blonde came out fr t he back (clearly the same lady I spoke with earlier) and yelled from across the store they were closed and then walked away!!! Totally disappointed and they may have lost my business forever.

The employees at this frozen yogurt place were so friendly and welcoming (despite the fact that I was completely spaced out and therefore likely had an unfriendly expression) that I felt compelled to leave a review. One of the gentlemen (who I suspect is that owner) greeted me when I walked in, asked if it was my first time visiting, and offered help in navigating the whole «self service» setup. As I was paying, the two employees struck up convo with me, asking if I live in the neighborhood.
The froyo was good — pretty standard with the normal selection of flavors and toppings.
I would definitely come back here. Despite it being what appeared to be a franchise, it had more of a «small business» feel thanks to the customer service.

Great location and staff! So glad they put a frozen yogurt place in this plaza. Staff has always gone above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the frozen yogurt is very good. All of the flavors taste true to form– highly recommend!

The yogurt at this place is to die for! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place. It’s about time Menchie’s came to the city, it’s much better than the other places!
