We bought 2 80lb Speed Queen washers for our laundromat. The machines look and work like new. Jim and his crew did a great job in getting the machines back in order and went the extra mile in laser cutting the front plate for the coin box hole.

Midwest Laundries provided me with customer service that you rarely find these days. I bought a new washer for a multi-​unit property. I had a series of issues with the coin op mechanism caused be several different problems over several months. Jim and Damian were on top of it each time and finally decided the mechanism was bad so they replaced it. They never charged me one nickel for the repairs. I appreciate that Jim stands behind the product he sells. They are not one of those companies that sells you the product and then either starts charging $ 100 per repair visit or that disappears when problems happen. They care about their reputation which for me focused on customer service and professionalism. I had the same repair person which I really appreciated — Damian knows the machines and is invested in providing quality repairs. I highly recommend them.
