Apparently you have to know the staff like GINGER to be able to wash she reserves washer and dryers for her friends only!!! I walked in ready to load my washer when GINGER stopped me and stated I could not use it because someone was already using it, I was confused because there wasn’t any clothes inside washer so I asked how is anyone using when I’m standing here and no one else is here she then told me she was parking her car again I asked for clarification when I was standing there ready to load and that other person was still parking and trying to get there stuff together!!! She stated again someone is already using rudely!!! So I left !! I can guaranteeI will not patronize this business as this is the second time I go through something like this. UNLESSYOUAREFRIENDOF THaT GINGERLADY !!!

This is possibly the WORST laundromat I have ever been to. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Almost every staff member there is rude, hostile, and unfriendly. Last wash is at 9PM and the staff constantly will lock people out or throw a fit like a toddler about getting out later than 10PM. Besides the terrible service, it is not well kept. One of the staff members had her dog in a cart one day. Not a place I would recommend anyone go to.

The Suds Factory meets my expectations of a laundromat. I got a new comforter that I needed to wash in a front load washer which I don’t have at my apartment — this place is so close to home for me so it was the perfect opportunity to give it a try. I used a front load washer for $ 4.00, it took about 23 or 27 minutes to wash. The dryers can be used for 8 minutes per quarter you put in. I went on a Sunday and there were about 3 – 4 other people doing laundry, but plenty of washers and dryers available for use. There is a machine that will exchange dollars for quarters, no debit or credit cards though. There’s also a couple TV’s and piles of magazines to kill the time. Or you could do what we did and walked down the street to get some breakfast at the Bridgeport Restaurant while your laundry drys. Street parking is readily available and free on Sundays.
