Awesome pizza and great service! One of the best in the area. They always go out of their way to call back and confirm if there’s any doubt on my order. Very humble people.

This is one of my favorite pizza joints. Super affordable and great for a quick lunch. They sell pizza slices which I feel that are more like two slices because they are that big. Plus it only cost $ 2.50 for a slice and have great deal like a slice with fries and pop for less than $ 7. They have more deals than that. If your in the area and want great cheap pizza, this is the place.

I’ve been going to this place for a while now since my brother recommend it, and he was right! Pizza is really good, and their wings are amazing as well. The delivery is quick too! I definitely recommend this pizza place to you(:

Pizza is ok but service is bad. One time I went in there and ordered a pizza and pop combo that was supposed to come with fries. They didn’t let me know it came with fries it’s not until after I payed that I saw the sign. Second time I went I knew it came with the fries so I asked for them and ordered two combos and when I get home once again no fries. The third and last strike for me was when I called I was told I could get a 1 litter pop included but like every pizzeria in chicago for some reason it was only RCCOLA. I asked if I could substitute for 2 cans of diet rite instead. In my head I was thinking cost wise for the business it should be about the same, I wasn’t trying to come up on anything. The lady who answered said«let me check». I’m assuming with management, she came back on the phone and said«no sorry we cant». I couldn’t believe the owner or manager wouldn’t go as far as substituting my free 1 liter pop for 2 cans of cheap soda. Never dealing with this joke of an establishment again. It’s not like I was asking for free toppings.

They have good food and great prices. But every time I put a order through the phone they get it wrong. Then they want to make you wait for the new pizza and return the one they messed up. That’s the only reason I gave them one star because it happens all the time. Instead of sending a new pizza or trying to fix problems they want to make it seem like it’s your fault. I really want to keep giving them my business but I really doubt it. I had to argue with the phone girl to get a new pizza. They are straight disrespectful.

The pizza is good but the people around is what you have to watch out for to many gangs that do not care who you are they will hurt you if they feel like it. While the staff stands there doing nothing

This was a disappointment. We ordered sausage and cheese and there was maybe a total of 10 pieces of pizza on the whole thing. And it was cold. Wanted to like it, but it just reminded us of cafeteria pizza.

I always took this place for granted growing up, never bothered to stop in, and I regret it; One late friday night after work I had an itch for an italian beef and figured hey, why not stop in? They’ve been around for ages anyways so they have to be doing something right! Simply put, it was great. The beef was good, the slice of pizza was good, it was cheap, and they were nice. What more can you ask for from a place? I go so often now that they know my order as soon as I walk in the door.

I reviewed this place nearly 5 years ago and I still stand by my review. It’s not showing because Unilocal thinks it’s a troll account but I’ll post it anyway. «Great pizza for the price is the most basic thing I can say about this place. It’s very small, so dining in with a large group is a bad idea. It’s great for carry out or for dining alone. Besides obviously serving pizza, they serve the typical Chicago fast food. Hot dogs, Polish sausage, pizza puffs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and Italian beefs. They have combo value meals that come with an order of fries and a can of soda. A pizza combo is about four dollars. The pizza is kind of thick to be South-West side style thin crust pizza, but it’s very good. By the slice they only carry cheese, sausage, and pepperoni, but they have tons of toppings for whole pizzas. I’d recommend the Italian sausage especially if the slice of fresh, as sometimes you might get a slice that’s been in the spinning heat tray for a while. I hardly order from here since I prefer picking up my pizza, but It’s actually cheaper to pick a couple slices up then ordering a full pizza. The service is always attentive and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with the people working at this place. For what this place is and what you’re paying. I’d have to recommend« I still go here much to the dismay of my attempt to lose weight. I usually get a slice with french fries and a can of pop which comes out $ 4. A really great and cheap lunch!

I’ve been going to this place since i was in grammar school Ordinary pizza commonly sold by the slice wings are pretty spicy and very tasty More than anything what this place has going for it is its delivery speed; countless times over the years i’ve been quoted the standard 45– 60 mins time but ten to fifteen minutes later the delivery guys ringing my bell

I grew up close to this restaurant and it was always my main place to order pizza from. I didn’t realize how amazing it is until I moved to another state! Everywhere we go, my husband and I compare the pizzas we get to Monica’s and it never comes even close! Monica’s pizzas are saucy and cheesy, just the perfect delicious amount of everything. Every time we come back to Chicago we can’t wait to get Monica’s again, and again, and again. I wish they could ship it to us!

In recent months, I had a thin crust and PAN pizza and both were VERY good, made the way I requested, and overall tasty. Kinda surprised they don’t have a stuffed available or at least a deep-dish, but we can’t have everything.

Monica’s Pizza, located on 65th and Pulaski, does their beef sandwich to perfection. Don’t let their strip mall location deceive you — this restaurant knows how to make a true Chicago beef sandwich. Their tough Turano bread is toasted once around in their rotating pizza oven. Their beef is usually a generous portion of non-banquet tasting quality. The amount of giardeniarra peppers is always on the mark, slithering through a mound of beef and tackling spicy-craving taste buds to enormous satisfaction. Order an open-faced sandwich to dine-in and usually you get a little more. However, the carry-out sandwich is of the same quality and still a great bang for the buck. Monica’s Pizza has a long-standing record of getting my order right and the taste of their beef sandwich truly defines a superb south side sandwich. In all honesty, if I didn’t have medical concerns, I’d have Monica’s beef sandwich dry with giardenierra peppers all three meals of the day.
