Mr Snappy One Hour Cleaners

First time here was not impressive. I thought I’d give this cleaner a try after a previous cleaner didn’t taylor any of my clothing correctly, as I didn’t want to give that cleaner any more money. This place was mentioned on an Everyblock thread, and though it is generally out of my way I would rather have a good place to go with a little extra effort.
However, I came to pick up my clothing today (per what I was told when I dropped the clothing off), and was told that they were unable to clean the scarf I brought and it would be delivered tomorrow. Of the six to eight items of clothing I brought, the one they just couldn’t get cleaned was the scarf. Now I have the inconvenience of having to make a second trip out there tomorrow or on the weekend. I think what annoys me the most is that they have my telephone number on file, and I came to pick these things up about a half hour before closing — they had all day to call me and let me know there was a mistake, in order to avoid me making an unnecessary trip. Unfortunately, I think my search for a reliable and competent dry cleaner continues.
