Do not go here. The card system is a ripoff. Who often, when you swipe the card it will read«err» then when you swipe it again it deducts double. I realized this when I had put on exactly enough to do all my loads of laundry in and then did not have enough left on the card. Two times on separate visits, the attendant refunded me. A third time she said I had to speak to the manager and that the manager was on her way. Each time that was a lie. Two hours later, I would be finished with my laundry and the manager was not there and I was finished with my laundry. I left notes for the manager five times, on five different visits. On yet another visit when the manager was there, I mentioned my notes and asked for a refund for the double charged load of laundry and she screamed at me, refusing to refund me and saying that she didn’t want my business. I say I don’t want to do business with thieves. They are very much aware that their machines every people off and they do not care.

I like that there’s always a free dryer, even when its busy. I went to many other laundry mats before and had to wait what seemed like forever, to get a dryer. The machines cost a little more than other mat, which sucks. but very clean and I don’t have to waste time waiting around for machines. 2 loads: $ 2.75 3 loads: $ 3.75 6 loads: $ 6.95 8 loads: $ 9.75 Dryers: $ 0.25// $ 0.50 for the large ones $ 1.25/per lb for drop off and folding. $ 20 minimum. There’s wifi. No A.C.

Hey, maybe the previous positive reviews are legit. I don’t have proof that they’re fake. But the rating seems pretty high compared to the actual quality of service. Here are my problems with this spin cycle location. First, someone mentioned already that you have to buy a card for $ 1 to use the machines. However, it isn’t $ 1, it’s $ 3. Ripoff. Second, my girlfriend put the card with $ 10 on it into the thing that takes the money, and she gets an «error» message. So she puts the card in again. All of the sudden, the machine says we only have 60 cents left. So we come to find out the machine automatically reads«error» when it takes your money. My guess is that management is fine with this oversight, as it probably leads unsuspecting customers to overpay. Scam. Lastly(and this isn’t a huge problem, but it still makes me angry), the vending machine says drinks are $ 1.50, but neither takes nor returns quarters, so it’s actually $ 2. And I don’t get the impression a guy is going to show up tomorrow to load the things up with quarters. So, also– scam. The weird thing is, there’s another spin cycle like a half mile away, and the prices there are lower. We won’t be coming back to this location.

this place was infinitely more disgusting and dirty than the crud I was washing from a slum apartment. Also didn’t like that you have to pay for a debit card and then load money on it that you get no refund on if you don’t use it all. Gross

I hate laundromats. The combination of spinning washers/dryers and the overwhelming smell of detergent give me an instant headache. For some reason, I’m able to tolerate Spin Cycle. This place is well-maintained and the machines are in good condition. The dryers actually DRY and the washers CLEAN! I also love that Spin Cycle uses a reloadable pay card instead of quarters. Chase Bank is right next door, so I usually head to the ATM and just load $ 20 on my Spin Cycle card. There is also a machine that will break a $ 10 or $ 20 bill into $ 5’s for you. I haven’t used the drop-off service yet, but I’ll report back when I do! FYI: They have free WiFi! If you have a ton of laundry to do, it will come in handy.

After the flooding this past spring, I have had to throw away my washer and dryer and had to resort to laundromats. This place is a good one to go to. It is located in a strip mall right opposite a police station. There is free parking and the police station makes me feel safer. The inside is clean and neat. There is also an attendant present at all time. There are comfortable chairs and benches to sit on while waiting for laundry, I really liked the free wifi and I make use of it when ever I am there. The front load washers hold two loads and are only $ 2.50. It is also 24 hours! The only negative aspect is that the machines do not accept coins. You have to purchase a card for $ 1. I know it is only a dollar but I still did not like shelling out money for a flimsy card when I could just pay in quarters. The card is a prepaid card and you add cash to it via machines that they have. I guess if you do not like lugging around quarters, having this card is much more convenient. In a NUTSHELL: Safe, clean, cheap, free WiFi

After moving to the city last June. My boyfriend and I tried several laundromats. They all sucked till we found this one! It’s always clean and not crowded. The ladies who works there are super nice. One time we used a drop off service to do our errands. We came back later in the day to pick it up. I went home and opened my bag. Our precious clothes smelled so good and neatly folded like I’ve never seen in my life. It makes me smile. :)

This place is open 24 hours! which is really helpful since I’m always busy. I come during the night and the overnight guy is really friendly. The machine wash is really good and the dryer actually dries compared to other places that usually leaves my clothes damp. Overall I really like this place. It’s clean and convenient.

I’m usually not a fan of Laundromats. If it were my choice I would drive an hour to Mom’s to do laundry there. Sometimes that’s just not convenient. The washer in my building broke and I had no choice. There are quite a few laundromats within walking distance to my apartment but I will make the drive to Spin Cycle because it’s so much better than the rest. It’s usually busy, but this is where being unemployed comes in handy. I came with three bags of laundry at 11:00AM and there were a total of two others doing laundry. The place is kept pretty clean and they have single load machines and machines for three loads. One of the best features of Spin Cycle is the pay card. You don’t have to carry a load of change with you because the machines use a card system. You purchase a card at an ATM-like machine or you can add value to an existing card. It had been over a year since I used this facility, but I still had a card in my wallet and it was still valid. It still had about $ 13 on it. The staff is almost always on site to help. They even have restrooms, but unfortunately they are kept locked. But you’re in a laundromat so if you pee your pants, no problem!
