This place has one of the best hookahs in Chicago. They welcome you very friendly and the staff is amazing. Their is a very young sweet lady named Ema and every time we go she’s always their and serves us the best and if I can give a 10 star I would because of her. Everyone should really try this place their hookahs are fresh and not like most hookah bars who leave them in the back with dirty water!!!

First of all, I want to start off by saying that I did enjoy my time at My Hookah Café. It was reasonably priced and it had a good atmosphere. However, my night was spoiled by some very crude service that I cannot condone from anyone. I walked in with my friend and someone who’s affiliated with the place was sitting down at the front Facetiming someone. When we walked in, he asked us to say hi to the friend he was Facetiming, which is unusual but nothing too demanding. After we said hi to the friend, the man asked his friend, «Are you still trying to get laid tonight?» and turned the camera towards us. Keep in mind that my friend and I are barely 20, and this was a middle aged man who was objectifying us the second we walked into the place. Maybe he thought it was a joke and thought we would find it funny, butI was extremely offended by the misogynistic behavior and that type of talk is exactly what makes women feel unsafe in their surroundings. I neglected to get his name and I regret that now. The rest of the staff were kind and friendly, but I think it would do well for them to get sensitivity training so the people working there know better how to respect their customers. If all of this hadn’t happened, I would have given this place 5 stars. However, this business doesn’t deserve it as long as customers are disrespected in that way.

RUDESERVICE. Every server there had an attitude, one of them rudely pointed toward me to get my shoes off the coach. Even ordering with them seemed to piss them off. Not a chill spot considering the service.

Service here was really good very fast. Our server was really nice, polite and very professional. One thing I didn’t like was that there were people smoking cigarettes inside the place. I left with a headache. Cigarettes smell always give me a headache I came here to relax & smoke hookah not second smoke cigarettes.

Definitely my new place to go for hookah, used to go to Mo Shesha in Addison but My Hookah has proven to be better and closer. They have a lot of flavors and a few different brands. Usually I stick with fumari because it is some of the better tobacco I’ve had, I try to stay away from Al Fakher because it gives me migraines. The service is always friendly and give good suggestions. They can accommodate large groups of people! The bathrooms are also clean! They have the orange head which is my new favorite if you pair it with a minty flavor. I wish they had the pineapple head because I’ve been wanting to try it. Price is comparable to other hookah lounges. However, going on Friday or Saturday can be more expensive and busier. There is street parking available.

My new neighborhood shisha place. They have TVs all over, comfortable booths and chairs, and when it’s full it is quite cool. People playing cards, drinking coffee, watching tv, or just talking. It is reminiscent of my time overseas and the atmosphere. The pictures are a wide variety of topics but it all seems to work here. Street parking is available but you may have to walk a bit. Angie and Jan work regularly, and they are great. Awesome attitude and personality and they will joke with you too. A best kept secret in the Windy City.

I have only been here once. Not sure if im going back. Most of my time here was cool. Server was really nice, crowd was cool. We talked, played cards, watch tv etc. They have lots of diff hookah flavors to choose from. Bathroom was clean. They have a «push button» device on the table to notify server you need something. Questionable things: Sign on the door said«no drinks allowed» but server told me I could BYOB as long as I had a receipt to show proof I paid for the alcohol :| So i left to buy alcohol, music was too low and the worst — they allowed ppl to smoke cigarettes. So we left out smelling like an ashtray. If these things dont bother you, its the spot for you.

Best hookah bar in town. The best thing this place did was get call button service! The hookah selection is amazing and the service is great(call button is the star). Can get slightly loud but that’s on busy nights! Still a great smoke lounge!

Go here every now and then, hookah is good, but their service is bad. Also, the crowd they serve and that is there is really not for me. Bunch of Assyrians everywhere, young guys to old men. Have some interesting features though, has body spray, hair spray, mouth wash, etc. in the gentlemen’s bathroom. Also a neat feature where you can push a button to call waiter or waitress, but they take forever to come.

Had a good time smoking here and I am very happy that They have switched to natural charcoals instead of the instant light coals. Flavors are always delicious, and I will be back.

My Hookah Café was the first hookah place a ever went to and it will probably be the ONLY hookah place I go to so long as in in Chicago. I first came here a few years back with some girl friends and I absolutely loved it. The service is awesome and there are lots of options. I just got back from a catch-up session with another girl friend and I still love the place. Also, Angie is the absolute sweetest!

I visited with a group of friends from Houston Texas. We smoke hookah like everyday back home, so we wanted good quality shisha. We are so happy we found this place. We literally used über to get everywhere and our trip from our downtown hotel to my hookah café was adequate. The service and quality of this café is impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone. They have BYOB and the cork fee is minimal. They even utilize a button system to notify the employees of the service required. Again, love this place. Will be back the next time we visit Chicago.

Great place to hang out it’s BYOB however a cork fee. But the service was amazing! Like that they play different genres of music. It’s first come first served and some more private spaces other than just tables and chairs. I enjoyed the attentiveness and the recommendations on the tobacco.

My bff and I came here to celebrate one of our friends birthday and had an awesome time. Angie, the manager was super fantastic and amazing. We told Angie we were expecting 15 people, but it turned out to be maybe 20 or more, but Angie was great, very accommodating. I had the Purple Savior and I tried the White Gummy Bear, both were fantastic. Overall, I think everyone had a great time, I did anyway. Parking was easy, we parked a half of block away. The sofa’s are super comfortable. We spent $ 41 for the two of us, that included the 2 hookah flavors, and the cork fee(we had a bottle of wine), I don’t think that was to bad, but it was only my third time going to a hookah lounge. A few things to know before you go: 1– It is a BYOB, but you need a receipt for the alcohol you bring in(they do ask for the receipt). 2-Its a small cork fee, I believe it $ 3/person for wine and $ 4/hard liquor. 3-Food can be ordered and delivered to the hookah café.

Hard to find good hookah places these days but thus us deff one! Places usually are made for a good environment n the hookahs suck or good hookah but the environment sucks! This place has both! Great clean long lasting hookahs and the place is nice clean and relaxing. It might have an edge on my other fav spot uglys, simply because the hookahs just as good n the place is cleaver especially the bathroom! Just wish thus place was a little bigger!
