Tasty gyros and super good fries. As others have mentioned, the fries are just heavenly, crispy, fatty, exactly what you would want in a fry. The gyros are good. This is not a high end restaurant, but as far as fast food goes, this place is solid. Excellent service too. when I grabbed a napkin, I noticed there was already one in my pick-up order bag. I asked for catchup, and was surprised to be told that they already included it in the bag as well. Thoughtful and pleasant service. Recommended!

This place is a classic burger joint. Burgers have that juicy grilled flavor and the service is great. No complaints

Its was my first time here and I have to say I liked the quick and courteous service. Food was delicious esp the gyros, fries and double burger with bacon and mushroom added! This is by far the best italian beef ive ever tasted!

Great place. I had the teriyaki steak pita. The flavor was as good as the mix of vegetables and tender meat. I’ll be back.

I’ve found my neighborhood takeout. Call in order and 15 minutes later it is ready. Hard to believe that you can get such good food at such a great price and so fast but you can here.

Natalie’s is a real convenient stop for Christopher on his way home from work, as it is right off the Kennedy. The food remains consistently good. Our favorite items are the ribs, the fries and the salad. They also make a decent Greek chicken. We are regulars! :)

I’ve lived down the block from this place my whole life, so I even knew it when it was Bill’s instead of Natalie’s. The last time I was here, the service was efficient and quick. The hot dog was a perfect Chicago dog, and the French fries were incredible. For real, those fries are perfect to fulfill any craving for greasy crispy goodness. Local establishment, highly recommend!

the ribs are very good here, and reasonably priced. they usually give me a very large portion. and the guy nick who owns the place is a real hoot. stop in and check it out.

Went here tonite with my boyfriend for some hot dogs and fries… pretty good food… i don’t know what they do to their fries… they have such a unique extreme crispiness to them. so tasty… we really liked them. you don’t need to put salt on them at all… and the hot dogs were good. i would like to come back and try the ribs… they have a pretty big menu…

Restaurant is getting a new owner as of November 22, 2015. The words fresh cut fries is painted on the outside of building. The fries weren’t too great at old place. Now open again as Mag’s Grill.

Great place. Had the ribs are great value full slab with fries & coleslaw was 12.95. The ribs were so yummy fall off the bone great value. I however don’t like there fries. Due to most of other reviews I’m in the minority they taste funny & had strange texture. Everything there is made to order. If you r in the area stop by & have big appetite.

Always pass by so I decided to stop in. Good thing I did. Place is clean, not immaculate but what can you expect at 4pm in the afternoon after a storm of high schoolers had just come through? The back where the grill is was very well kept and the cooks had visible hair nets, something that I have to start paying attention to more often. The food was great and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I had a gyro with fries and a pop, my friend had a double cheeseburger that was about the size of his head. I kid you not! I don’t know what they cook their fries in, but it must be magic bc they just tasted heavenly. Overall great impression, good food, and friendly staff. Will definitely return!

If I was still in high school where my palate isn’t completely developed I would of probably given this place a higher rating but the food isn’t good enough to return often. Horrible fries. Mediocre beefs. A bit pricey for the quality.

I’ve been coming to Natalie’s since the spot was called Bill’s. The food, I must admit, has gotten significantly better, and the service is spot-on. The new owner is friendly, courteous, and always there(Hard to find the owner in their restaurants in this town working the front counter). I always get the shish-kabob sandwich with french fries and a Pepsi. It’s the perfect serving and always leaves me feeling full, not ready to burst. The tzatziki sauce is has a really good consistency and the pita bread is always fresh not soggy. Working and rehearsing with my band so close to this place is a real treat, and the owner(Nick I believe) is always super friendly and helpful when standing in front of the menu. Pros: Fair prices. Always clean! Friendly staff. Excellent cooks. Conveniently close to the 90. Open on Sundays now Cons: Not open late. Huge menu.

Been going to this place since I moved into the neighborhood 7 years ago. The ownership has changed a few times, but the quality of food hasn’t. It’s cheap and fast, but very good. The current owner will sometimes give my kids free ice cream, he’s a really nice guy.

UPDATE: The ribs were really good. They were juicy and had great flavor. They were not overwhelmed by the sauce. The coleslaw was very fresh tasting. I really liked it. I can’t wait to go back and try other foods.

This review is based on my first and only experience, which occurred today. I was pretty hungry, so I decided to stop here, since I live nearby and pass by on Nagle all the time. I never gave this place a chance when it was Bill’s Drive In, because it seemed like this place never open. Today I stopped by(and by the way, there is a parking lot), and was warmly greeted. I ordered a burger, and it was made very fresh, and tasted good. About average for this kind of establishment. The fries are crispy due to the thicker batter used, and have a very unique taste(somehow I kept thinking«pancakes»). Very clean inside. A great place to stop by if you’re in the neighborhood.

Natalie’s is like a lot of other small Grills in Chicago. Simply put, it’s all about the greasy comfort food. Natalie’s offers a wide selection of grease bombs(and I mean that in a good way) from Cheeseburgers, Italian Beef and Gyros. The prices are competitive with many of the other Grills in the City. It was about 8:30 p.m. when I hit Natalie’s up for some grub. I had not eaten in 10 hours and I was starving. The Cheeseburger and fries hit the spot. Natalie’s is in a convenient location for me, so I’m sure that I will stop by again. My only real concern about Natalie’s is the name. Why would a Diner that doesn’t even have a parking lot call it’s self a Drive In?
