I wouldn’t classify myself as a cracker person per se, as most as pretty «meh» overall. I had to write this review though because Nicole’s crackers are the best I’ve ever had. They’re hearty and crunchy with just the right amount of salt on top that make you want more but also encourage you to take the time to savor each one. I haven’t tried all the flavors, but really enjoyed the herb one and the cranberry black pepper one, both have a ton of flavor.

For those who need to eat gluten-​free: Oh my gosh! I had these crackers at the Downtown Chicago Marriott Hotel over the last two days, and they blew me away. I’ve already ordered some. I HIGHLY recommend. They are the most satisfying cracker I’ve had since having to eat gluten-​free.
Note: Nicole has a completely separate facility for her gluten free crackers (BRAVO, Nicole). However, make sure you read the ingredients before you order GF products from her. Not all of her products are gluten free.
I am sure her non-​GF products are as wonderful as the GF ones. I am so happy I found Nicole.

Delicious hearty crackers. Organic, made with whole wheat and with flavors such as «For the Love of Herb» and «Crackin Good Cheese Cracker.»
I’m a big fan of the herb cracker – goes perfectly with goat cheese.
Not sure who carries this line other than Irv & Shelly’s Fresh Picks. These crackers will certainly be a standing order from now on!

I would have to agree with you Nicole’s crackers are so good. Once you start eating them you just can’t stop. The catering company I cook for orders bags and bags of these crackers all the time. I love two of there flavors that they offer Mad about marguerites/​lime and garlic cracker.
