Employee was rude on the night I went. I read a few iffy reviews prior to trying them out but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hours posted said they’re open UNTIL 10PM on Saturday. I walked in the door at 8:03 and was told the store is closed, I can get yogurt but there are no toppings. WTF is that? I have a Groupon worth $ 30 but I will try to get a refund ASAP. I can take my business to Cold Stone or TCBY! BYE FELICIA!!!

Extremely poor service. The employee was allowing friends to use the lobby as a hang out. They hadn’t even ordered anything. We had to wait nearly ten minutes for the employee to even notice us and that we actually wanted to purchase something.

I would like to give a shout-​out to the very nice employee at Orange Leaf today. My hubby and I decided to give it a try for the first time today. We rode our bikes there along with our bicycle trailer for the baby. We weren’t sure where to park the bikes but the nice employe let us roll our bikes through the store to the patio area… she did this so we didn’t have to go around back near the dumpsters. If you haven’t tried Orange Leaf yet, it is worth a visit. It’s like being a kid in the candy store with all of the frozen treats and toppings to choose from. I have to admit that I liked some better than others, but they do let you sample beforehand.
