Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins

One of the worst customer service Baskin Robbins stores ever! They couldn’t understand anything we said at the call up window, nor could they give us a solid on what we ordered! Simply Sad! I am sorry for anyone who goes here to pay $ 15 for 3 ice creams that are piss poor! Your welcome Baskin Robins on Western in Evergreen Park!

Check your order before you drive away. Manager was not friendly when I returned later to mention several botched driveup orders.

This place is a mess. Order something and they do not even know the right price. Plus, this location is over priced compared to others in the area. Also, it would be nice to get a «thank you» after my order.

Great service I come to this location almost everyday the employees know my order before I even speak, great customer service and extremely fast service too! Most Dunkin donuts don’t give the amount of customer service that this location does! I recommend this one for who ever is in the area!

The problem I’ve found with Dunkin Donuts iced tea is that employees are generally clueless in the art of brewing and icing tea. Never minding the refreshing photo advertisement of clear, cold, fresh brewed iced tea that draws customers in, every Dunkin Donuts, until this one, seems to serve a variation of muddy colored gunk resembling a cross between a flat diet coke and lukewarm instant coffee, add ice, but never enough to keep the concoction cold, and call it fresh brewed iced tea. This is the first Dunkin to get it right. Not only did the finished product look like the photos, it tastes like it too. My only gripe, albeit a small one, was being charged $ 3.00 for a large, original blend iced coffee, instead of an iced tea. Thus the 4 instead of 5 stars. My tea was the ultimate refreshment and I didn’t have the heart to correct the cashiers mistake while several cars were waiting behind me — perhaps for one of those picture perfect iced teas I had. Now only if other Dunkin’s could do the same for a 99 cent after 2:00 p.m. steal. Until them, it’s Starbucks, at $ 2.93 iced tea for me.

Dunkin Donuts. How I love thee. I always go to Dunkin Donuts at least once while in Chicago, since we still don’t have any in the West Coast, though we get the commercials. Such a tease. Anyways, I like going for the #2. You get 2 donuts and a coffee. One thing I’m not use to, is that Dunkin Donuts puts in the cream and/​or sugar for you. One person said, they wouldn’t know what to order at Starbucks because they don’t know the «language» and the fact that they would have to put in their own cream and sugar. Chicago is a different place when it comes to coffee. Regardless, I always recommend Dunkin Donuts and I look forward to the day when they make their way to California.
