I withheld from ordering from here for a while because I think I didn’t really want to have to acknowledge that I have an awesome pizza place across the street from me. While the speciality pies are great, I found my weakness in the amazing slices for a total bargain. Also, the breadsticks are fantastic. The staff are always super friendly.

This is a great change of pace to the typical Chicago style pizza. They make a thin crust, similar to a NY style pizza, with an excellent crust. The sauce is delicious and on the sweeter side. Definitely a neighborhood must.

I absolutely love this neighborhood spot for a quick dinner and great atmosphere. Place is clean and orderly and the pizza is amazing. I love the fact that you can peak in and see your pizza being made. Ingredients are fresh and crisp and all of the additional vegetables that you can add on(i believe its 15) make this one borderline healthy :) Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for the best Chicago pizza I’ve found it. Or possibly the best pizza I’ve had anywhere. Seriously, this place is the best! Stop going to all those cliché big name pizza places in Chicago it’s so gross and the food is not that good at those places. This place however is beyond good. My partner and I usually have pizza Friday’s and this is our usual order: LES pizza — 12 inch COLT pizza — 12 inch Breadsticks and marinara(6 breadsticks) I don’t know what they put in the sauce and the dough for pizza and breadsticks, but it might be crack. It’s like savory and sweet. I can go on and on about this place! If you can make it or if you live in uptown I highly recommend this!!!

Hands down the most consistent pie in town. I have never been disappointed with any delivery. The toppings are fresh and the thin crusts are like the best pizzas I had in Italy. Good job ORD. So glad I heard good things about your place. Cheers!

Not only is the pizza delicious, but they have the BEST marinara sauce I have EVER tasted! There’s a lot of fresh basil in the sauce, which makes it to die for. This has become our go-to pizza place!

Great salads, fresh ingredients on their pizza, and hot delivery. The special pizzas are always great and very reasonably priced for the quality. We’ve only done delivery, never eaten in. But then again we rarely eat in for pizza.

I’ve been here a few times, finally came here and had a slice with the wife. The slices here are great, really remind me of home, NYC. The slices are NY style, thin crust, but not the Chicago style thin, there’s modest chew to the crust which is great. A tad oily, but that’s the way I prefer. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the pies, but they look AMAZING!!! I’ll certainly have one next time. The only issue with this place is that it appears to be more Take-out/Delivery. While there is seating, I don’t know if I’d go so far as to say it’s a restaurant, and more like it’s a pizza place with a few tables :) But absolutely fantastic slices!!!

Great pizza, great salads, great sides– although it’s expensive. My regular is a TC pizza, an Echo salad, and the house bread. The TC is spicy coppa, pineapple, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Absolutely love it. Great thin crust pizza with quality toppings, and service has never been less than excellent– they’re not always fast, but they’ve never gotten an order wrong. The salads are similar, great quality ingredients. The house bread is just a delicious loaf of bread with olive oil– it’s really good. They also have a lot of local sodas– and local sodas for other regions! There are sodas here that aren’t even sold in Illinois normally. Amazing. The only drawback is that an order is going to cost you almost twice as much as a Big Chain pizza place. If you care about flavor, and investing in good ingredients, it’s worth it.

This is really good pizza. I always get the ground meatball instead of the sausage. They have a good sauce and i love the fresh basil finish. The salads here are better than most pizza places too. I either get the Oscar or Charlie. Great service too.

One of the best pizza places in Chicago. It’s not really thin crust, it’s not NY style. It’s in a genre of its own. Really flavorful sauce, just the right amount of cheese. Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s a bit pricier than other pizza places but I think it’s worth the price.

I recently moved about a mile and a half north into the heart of Lincoln Square and my first order of business was finding a new pizza joint. Sure, I’m close enough to get delivery from a couple favorites but I wanted to nail down a new favorite, too. This was not easy, is it ever? I essentially closed my eyes and let my finger point to the winner on the screen, at random. I landed on ORD and I’m happy I did. While they do have a lot of options that I will likely never try, I still like to check out my go-to cheese and sausage from new places. I’m a pizza purist, like a good crust, tasty sausage, and the perfect cheese to sauce ratio, but the Venus grabbed my attention. I opted to go without the roasted red bell peppers and I think that was the right choice as the caramelized onions wouldn’t have tasted as delicious if they were sitting on top of those peppers. I’m also a regular thin crust fan with the occasional desire for Chicago-NY style pizza. Personally, after a summer in NY, I think we do NY style pizza better than NY, but that’s just me. ORD has a pretty tasty NY style pie. Their crust is great, not too much sauce, the cheese was phenomenal, and the sausage was also very tasty. While not a favorite, I’ll certainly keep ORD on my list of tasty pizza joints.

Thin crust pizza I can get behind! So while I am not totally down with all of their signature pizzas, only because they have a lot of toppings I don’t care for on my pizza, I was happy to learn that they are more than happy to accommodate for substitutions/deletions(even though the menu says otherwise — guess it pays to be nice and have a smile). Our party went with a half Uncle Jesse/half Theo, sans gorgonzola, add additional parmesan. It was hot and fresh out the kitchen in 10 minutes or so. I love the crust. Thin enough to be a little floppy but thick enough to be fulfilling. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A 16″ pizza is plenty for 2 people, even 3. I was a big fan of the pizza and my only wish is that I would have added sundried tomatoes. Next time! Bonus that it’s BYOB and double bonus that there is outdoor seating. Price is on point. Rumor has it they have breadsticks, too — must be an off-menu item. I could easily see this becoming a new favorite!

We just moved to this area and have officially found«our new spot.» We ordered a 16″ Herbert(roasted eggplant, bell peppers, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, with mozzarella and crushed tomatoes) for pick-up and it was incredible! The pie was ready in 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and their staff are really friendly! TIP — if you like a topping less than others, I’d be sure to tell ORD when ordering. They pile the veggies high! All of their specialty pizzas look delicious — I can’t wait to try more!

MmMM! ORD Pizzeria delivered two pies(and gave us must-try breadsticks and brownies on the house) while we drank beers at Half Acre on a busy Friday night. The service and the delivery time was all very commendable. We got our pizzas piping hot, and the pizzas that we got were delicious. One had mushrooms and pepperonis, and the other had sausage. The sauce and toppings were so tasty and the slices are very filling. I can’t wait to dine in with them! It’s really good pizza! They’re open until 10:00 pm, while a lot of restaurants around the Montrose Brown Line are closed at 9 pm. Next time you miss closing time at Spacca Napoli, make sure you give ORD a chance to serve you pizza.

East Coast Pizza Slices!!! Whooo hoooo. Sorry being from Philly I find it hard to say NY style, even though i have used the term before. Yuck hate NYC, but no need to go off on my hatred for the Mets and Rangers. No need to ask for«Pie Cut’ Pizza is a huge plus in my book. More foldable pizza. Chicago can’t have enough of these. Love the recent surge of these sort of pizzas. Deep dish you have your time and place, but East Coast is where it’s at for slices and quick pizza. So stumbled upon this place while looking for delivery on Sunday. The Unilocal pics of slices instantly got my attention, thanks Unilocal as always! So went with a basic large pepperoni with a little twist of Jalapeño and roasted garlic. So my only issue was it needed a little more salt and garlic, but these are 2 very big addictions of mine. Which is not very healthy, but I am already eating pepperoni pizza so what’s the difference. Like typical Chicago pizza prices I think $ 20 is still too high, but that’s the price of living in Chicago. Delivery was fast, pizza was hot and was eaten for dinner last night. My roommate really enjoyed it as well. I actually think it tasted better heated up. Some good East Coast pies do that for some reason. I am a fan and will be adding this to the rotation. Really like that you can create your own pizza as well.
