Dear Panda Express, I love your food, but the delivery service you’re using(I’m pretty sure it’s GrubHub), it’s just bad. I ordered a full fried rice with 3 sides(orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and beef broccoli). The beef broccoli was in a separate container and it spilled all over the plastic bag. The driver did ask me if I want a new one, but hey, I was so hungry that I didn’t mind. But pleaseeeeeeee, next time, make sure that the driver put the food correctly inside the hot bag.

I usually don’t give negative reviews but I hate that they advertise food that they don’t have. They just made me all the way angry!

I’m a fanatic for Panda Express! Cheap, tasty, and fast Chinese American food. I frequent the one on Adams the most but have come to this place more often recently. A lot of the previous reviews have mentioned problems with customer service, but I’ve never experienced any issues myself. Gonna dock one star because I feel the quantity is not as good as what I’m used to at the one on Adams. Also, I’m not consistently asked if I want to try a sample when I walk in, which seems to be a standard policy I’ve gotten used to at the other Panda.

I waited in line which was a 10 minute wait & finally got to the front of the line. I got skipped not once, twice, three times, but FOUR times! I stood there awkwardly and a customer behind me was as confused as I was! She asked the employee if she was helping me and she was like«No». Finally she said I had to go back & wait in the 10 minute line again! Ummm, you’re kidding me right??? I will never eat at a Panda Express again! And I have personally seen employees here lick their fingers, not use gloves, etc. And also, it’s usually about $ 10 a meal! Over priced Americanized Chinese food!

Some of the other reviews here make me want to scream. Not all of them. This place… it’s American Chinese food and kind of what you might expect. There’s a nice variety and there are some fried kinds and sizes there are some stir fried foods. It’s not«authentic» Chinese, but then again, «authenticity» is a myth. This is Chinese food that caters towards American taste buds — sweeter, etc. It’s always been a clean restaurant for me, and it’s in a very convenient location(right off the Harrison Red Line stop)

Favorite Panda Express in town. The only problem is customer service. Rude and impolite. Not what you would expect. Not sure if I will be making anymore trips here.

Food is always a 5 at any panda in the city. What made me angry is the supervisor or manager that was degrading his staff! A staff member made a mistake by giving a Key to another employer and out of his mouth Quote«SORRYWEHAVE to hire as an equal opportunity employer» …wow… I own a business and would never do that to anyone! Get over yourself you will go no where in a corporate company managing in that manner.

Absolutely horrible. Was craving some Panda Express so I decided to stop by before hitting the train which I then missed because they took so dang long. They were out of orange chicken and the woman kept working out of order of guests of when they came in. When she finally gets to me I order chow mein and she goes to grab the measly dried out noodles left in the pan when fresh stuff just came up, when I asked for the fresh stuff she threw my box down in a huff to go grab the new pan. I got my entrees after the whole ordeal and commented to the girl on the register how slow everything was and how poor the service was and her response, rather than an apology, stated«yeah we are short a person today and the manager didn’t send anyone.» What a joke.

The food here is consistent with any other Panda Express. No complaints there. I like the food at Panda Express’: it’s inexpensive and pretty tasty. I eat at this location the most so I thought I was appropriate to leave my comment here. There’s gentleman working here that I see almost every time I come in. His name is Noah and if he’s not a manager, he should be. He is extremely kind and super professional. My friend and I were finished eating, but were continuing our conversation. Noah came up and asked us if we enjoyed our food and offered to take our trays and trash away for us. I don’t think that’s required, but it was definitely a nice gesture. The food is good, but the customer service here is what makes this location top-notch.

Well lets just say if you guys have ever been to panda express you know how crappy the food is. I don’t even know why I went in here. I was already expecting crappy food as soon as I stepped in but what I was not not expecting was crappy service. The cashier was talking to other people while taking my order which I felt was really rude. The people working there seemed like they didnt care about there job at all.

Once in a while, I get intense cravings for Panda Express’ chow mein. Lucky for me, this location is on my route home, so when those cravings hit hard, I spot in here for a large chow mein to go — easy and delicious. I will say, I was a little sad when they got rid of the mandarin chicken, but as long as they keep their chow mein the same, they will be in my good graces. Not my favorite location to eat in(pretty high student and tourist food traffic), but for a quick take out order, it serves its purpose.

Ouch. 13 degrees outside and you’re out of soup?! 15 other Panda’s in a 2 mile radius. Maybe borrow some? Epic fail. Now we’re having Epic Burger(next door) for lunch!
