Can handle basic men’s clothing(all I’ve given them), but the hours are terrible which is why they’re not listed. 2 hour lunches and then they open late and close early. Not convenient if you have a job with regular business hours. Also would be a nice touch to put your clothing with the doorman once it’s done, but they looked at me crazy when I had that terrible idea.

This place ruined and stained a brand-new shirt, and then blamed me for the stain they created. When I asked for a store credit for the value of the shirt, they offered to refund me 1.85(the cost they charge to stain and ruin brand-new shirts at Paramount Cleaners). Ruin your clothes at home for free and save your money.

5 stars to great service and pricing. My husband and I still come here even though we’ve moved out of the building. She even gave us a wedding present!

Never, never again! This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever gone to in the city. They are unfriendly, overpriced, take forever to get your items back– and for free they will ruin your dresses to boot! I took a $ 400 dress to get dry cleaned prior to a wedding. I took it in a week in advance, go to pick it up and notice there is a snag all the way up the front middle– in the same spot over and over again. I told the worker and in broken English she yells at me that I brought it like that. I’m astonished. First of all, why would I bring in a dress which is clearly ruined to get cleaned, and pay them double the normal asking price?! She snatches it back and says they will fix it but it will be five days. Are you serious?! 5 days for your mistake? The dress has less snags but you can still see them, and I didn’t get to wear it to the wedding. I wouldn’t be so upset except that they told me I did it, and then never offered to reimburse for the mistake. I hope 30 E Huron can get a decent dry cleaner in soon because I’m not the only person who thinks they stink.

The ONLY reason I use their service is because they’re convenient. They are overpriced, unfriendly, and take forever to return your clothes. I bring my high end jeans here to get original hemmed(for $ 22.50), and they always tell me it’ll take a week, but I’ve negotiated with them to get it done in 4 days. FYI — this really only takes 15 – 30 minutes to do! I’ve also gotten my sleeves shortened on a coat, which looked great. They’re located near the back entrance of the 30 E Huron condo building and outsource their services, which is probably the reason why it takes them an extra 1 – 2 days longer(b/c they need to ship your clothes to/from the other tailor). They’re open weekdays until 6:30PM and have morning hours on Saturdays.
