Pizza Hut

I go to this location and 79^th street all the time… Always have good service, order when I get there, and it takes about 15 minutes. No complaints, except not enough napkins.

Pizza hut rep just told me it was going to be a 3 hour wait. shame on them. running customers away like that. im going to beggers.ridiculous.

I like the cinnamon sticks/​bread and that’s it. My husband craves their pizza from time to time. Not my type of pizza or wing joint since wingstreet is connected to them.

I’ve decided now for a month straight to visit this place and give it a second chances.
Walking in to pick up my order is a problem since the front desk people are literally in back talking.
Drivers literally noticed me and tried to get the workers attention.
Worse yet after carefully ordering online they did not give me what I request.
This business is a stinker

How is this place still in business? I placed an order online, gave an extra ten minutes for pickup due to it being the weekend… didn’t matter. I get there the guy at the register is on his cell phone! There are two other persons in front of me in line… waiting for him to get off of the phone… He finally does, takes her order then says let me get the cashier I can’t ring you up… wtf???
Long story short… I wait an additional 30 minutes for a subpar pizza and wings. I should have went to Jewel’s and gotten 4 frozen pizza’s and called it a day… Never again Pizza Hut… never again! Your staff is poorly trained, the customer service is non-​existent, and management is a joke… It would probably be beneficial to everyone if you closed your doors so that an establishment that actually gave a damn could occupy that location.

This placae is unbelieveable. It’s almost like the owners do not caare about customer service. I complained twice directly to the store owners about the rudeness of the employees. They always have attitude and donot thank you for your business. This is a pet peeve of mine. I contacted the corporate office with no response. will not return. Visit at your own risk!!!
