Polanco

My fiancé and I went here with a Groupon. It is my understanding that they had only been open about 2 or 3 months. Well, the food was excellent and a great value. Really makes me wonder why we’d ever pay $ 50+ again for a steak at the steakhouses downtown. The quality was that good. I had a delicious cocktail called the Logan Cooler. The ceviche was a small portion compared to what I’m used to, but was tasty and presented nicely.
They lost a star for the service, which was a little spotty that night. It appeared that maybe they were understaffed for the amount of traffic the Groupon produced because we went the same night, or maybe the night after, the Groupon was initially offered.
The restaurant is really nice and the food is really good, so we’ll be back to give the servers another shot.
