This is the first fastfood place I go to that has employees behind bullet proof glass. I live in a Hispanic neighborhood and even the banks are not like this… To get your food they put it in a revolving box made of bullet proof glass. Very weird. The employee was slow to acknowledge my presence. The cajun fries just tasted like regular fries and the chicken was not very good.

This place is to be avoided. I have been attempting to rationalize the behavior of the staff for an entire year, reality has finally set in. On one recent visit, the three young employees talked and walked past me as if I was not there. When one of the employees finally decided to acknowledge my presence, she walked to the window, frowned at me, and simply stared. This went on for 30 seconds before she finally asked me if I was just going to stand there. I replied, «I’m waiting for you to do your job», at that point, another employee abruptly pushed here out of the way. On my most recent visit, I pulled into the drive thru and waited while no one responded. When I finally pulled around to the drive thru, an angry young female employee stormed to the window and rudely informed me they did not have any chicken cooked. Is anyone monitoring this place? I have called the corporate office on two separate occasions. My complaint was responded to quickly by the manager, but there has been no change. If we as a community continue patronize these types of establishments and accept inferior service, the status quo will never change. Why must I leave my community to receive stellar service?
