Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken

No spicy wings, no onion rings, driveup wait is ridiculous. Do they hire right from kindergarten for this location. I could have deep fried 3 wings in my portable deep fryer in the parking lot faster than this turtle ass Popeyes.

Let me start by saying I LOVE the Popeye’s chain but some of their staff is very unprofessional & especially at this location, IGNORANT. There is NEVER A TIME YOU CAN JUST VISIT & RECEIVE a complete order of chicken. Mark my word there will be an issue with chicken supply & you will receive major attitude when you question it. On Tue, Oct. 27, 2015 at 8:15pm my children & I went to this Popeyes East on 103^rd. There was along backed up line as usual, so once I did eventually get to the intercom. I placed my order & I had 2 coupons. 1 for a 8 piece mix/​spicy & 3 piece tender mild. As I was speaking to the unprofessional young lady you can tell she had attitude and had a egde on her voice. She told me there was no WHITE MEAT. I said how long is the wait? She said 15 – 20 min. I said that is fine I will wait, I do not eat dark meat. So I paid for my orders & waited like 10 min. until I noticed my receipt said mild chicken. I drove back to the intercom to let her know make sure my chicken is spicy. She stated we don’t have any spicy chicken, I said what have I been waiting for then? You told me you were cooking white chicken & it would be a 15min wait. She said MILD. I said I DO NOT WANT any MILD chicken, I want SPICY & I want to make sure my order will be correct. She said with a edge in her tone, «YOU WANNA WAIT AGAIN» I said i want my order CORRECT… She stated, well you gon have to wait another 20min. Mind you I had already waited 15 min. for a box of 8 piece. I said I been waiting this long I will wait, I want my order correct. With a attitude she sighed & said «YOU CAN MOVE ON UP OUT THE DRIVE THRU», intsead of saying ma am will you pull to the side again??? I said EXCUSE me? What is your name? She said Madonna. IDK, something on that order. And may I add this young lady was a MANAGER at this location. UNACCEPTABLE & POOR REPRESENTATION!!! So I calmly pulled to the side a second time & my kids & I, waited an additional 20 + minutes in my car out in the rain. My kids was in the car getting very restless, because it was late in the evening. So a fast visit to Popeye’s turned into a 40 minute wait. I would of left but my family had their mouth set for popeyes. I sat watching at least 10 cars receive their orders, so now she is being vindictive. It is now 8:56 p.m. mind you I arrived at 8:15. She comes dragging out of the door with the bag & I asked her what is the district manager name she answered with a smart edge in her tone Symphony Redmond. As her arrogant self walked away she clapped her hands as if she was saying I don’t give a care who you call. As I said she was being very vindictive, when I got home my chicken was warm/cool.NOT HOT. I live less than 3minutes away from this location. Managers are suppose to lead by example. Not in this case, this girl was as cocky, arrogant & ignorant as they come. An the behavior is UNACCEPTABLE especially for management. I called corporate so I am waiting on a reply from them. If I have to I will start writing & complaining. And continue to make some phone calls until I reach the right person to handle this issue correctly. Because something surely needs to be done with the work performance at this location. CLEAN HOUSE if so be…

This is one fucked up Popeyes the wait was 10 mins for mild chicken besides thighs no lemon aid or pink lemon aid no honey just horrible

Saturday December 8^th at 4:40 PM we waited 20 minutes well the female staff did nothing but talk and play with their nails and talked.
We asked at the drive through after waiting five minutes for someone to say something if, «its going to take a while» the female said there is no wait at all. My wife just had to have her chicken and everyone in the drive thru seemed to be getting frustrated.
Finally we get up front and of course they tell us to pull to the side and they ended up forgetting about us.
The only male in the store helped us out and gave my wife some extra portions to help us out well the girls played with their nails. Stop hiring lazy women and think about hiring people who are willing to be as helpful as the guy in the store. I see people walking around all day hanging around I bet they could use a job if given the chance.
It seems there was a shift change going on at the time so most of the girls stopped working and ran out right on the dot screaming and being loud of course. One jumped in a big rig well screaming to another female employee getting in her car to run home.
