A friend and I dropped in for a Saturday afro-dancehall class. The building is very unassuming and it is very easy to drive by, not realizing there is a dance studio. The front desk staff was lovely and very welcoming. The space is small but well used. The dance teacher was also nice and extremely knowledgeable about the dance moves she taught. It is nice to learn the history and context behind things and she provided that. It was clear that she takes her art seriously and wants others to appreciate and love it as she does. The other students were friendly, which is always a plus. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. I look forward to returning!
