Verletta’s WERQ class is the first class I started taking after a 5 year break. She makes it so easy to follow the steps and join in from day one. I love the music and the dance steps. She keeps an eye on you to make sure you are okay but then she always brings new challenges. You feel like you really got a workout afterwards!
Verletta is a warm hearted person who makes everyone feel welcome. I love going to her class. I am going to start going to other exercise classes and I will be judging the other instructors by her high standards.

I’ve been taking this class, at my gym for about a year and I’m hooked!
She’s become a fitness pal, holding me accountable and sharing her knowledge and passion for health. I love the music! I can’t even hear the song on the radio anymore, without imagining the WERQ steps to it. Verletta’s vivacious energy and positivity keep me coming back every week.

Who says you have to slow it down when you turn 60? I started taking WERQ classes from Verletta last summer and have never looked back. She is simply an awesome instructor and keeps the class (and the music) super fun! This is a class you cannot find at many health clubs and it’s a great change of pace from my regular workouts. Verletta — I owe you a big thanks for the positive energy and attitude you bring to class every week.

Then I took my first class from Verletta.
After that, I followed her every place she taught.
I learned two things from my experience:
1. Not all dance teachers are the same

Verletta is THE BEST! I got in contact with her via the Valeo Spa at the JW Marriott and was informed of her dance classes. I was organizing a bachelorette for my lifelong best friend and really wanted each planned event to be a great experience. Verletta exceeded all of our expectations; we had SO MUCH FUN! Verletta was easy to work with and showed flexibility with our scheduling. The class was a complete surprise to my best friend and she was thoroughly surprised and entertained. And importantly, we now have some new moves {wink}! Soultry Fuzion is perfect for a ladies event or if you want to spice up your moves on an individual level. You won’t be disappointed!
