These guys are great! Stored my motorcycle here last winter. They were super friendly, and very accommodating (showed up after regular closing time when dropping it off). Not only were they super friendly, but the price was great as well

Stored my motorcycle with them over the winter and couldn’t be more happy. Father and son team — the son is into bikes so they go out of their way to be helpful. Called telling them I was coming by that day and they put a charge on and started it up beforehand so by the time I got there, no issues. Very happy to have found them, will store my bike there again next year (very reasonable rates for the winter).

These guys are incredible. If you are looking for a heated facility to store your motorcycle during the winter months — this is it. Their prices are reasonable and they are knowledgeable motorcycle mechanics. I have been storing my bike here for the last two winters. Bill takes care of the servicing so that when I’m ready to pick it up in the spring — she’s already to go. Can’t say enough good things about Bill and his Dad.

I feel very lucky that we came across River North Storage this past summer. I was working on a big project that involved storing thousands of boxes of books and I was way out of my element. When we found out, the day our books were supposed to arrive, just how many were being delivered, I panicked! I work for a small non-​profit and we did not have the space or equipment to store and move such a large quantity. We immediately began calling around and through some recommendations, we came across River North. From the start, Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. were calming and reassuring, letting us know that accepting 30 pallets of books was no big deal to them.
We visited their facility the next day to check it out and get some quotes for receiving, storing and delivering. Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. were amazing from day one. The quotes they gave us were more than reasonable and on a weekly basis, they built us pallets of all the boxes we needed and coordinated deliveries with the facilities to where we needed them delivered. From start to finish they were so accomodating and easy to work with, I would recommend this facility to anyone!
