Service Sanitation provided excellent service when I had an event at the end of June. The sales person I worked with was friendly and professional. She is the reason why I highly valued the service provided. The wrong portable potty was delivered because I changed my order, and when I notified her of the issue, it was promptly changed as soon as possible.

We work with quite a few vendors throughout the year as we put on local trail runs in Chicago once a month. Some vendors are great to work with while other vendors are less than the best.
Service Sanitation, time and time again, proves to be the easiest and most reliable vendor with whom we work. Their units are always placed in the exact location we request, they are always on time (or even ahead of schedule!), and the units are always in pristine condition.
Everyone is extremely easy to work with and they all do an amazing job, from the customer service representative to the drivers who drop off and place the units. This is a fantastic organization and our company looks forward to continually working with them month after month.

I work for an afterschool program that has outdoor events every week. At our pre-​event meeting, we found out we needed a portable toilet that very afternoon. Service Sanitation was the only company that could provide us a portable toilet at the time we needed it, and for a reasonable price.
Their office staff were very helpful and communicative, and their deliveryman was very polite and efficient. Great service at a great price!

they are really good, i needed a toilet for a week when i was having my bathroom remodeled and they came right out, put it where i wanted it, and even gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. i bought some air fresheners to keep the smell down and it worked out very well.
