There is a warm spot in Hell for Alex the owner of this company. Was scheduled to have him move us up to our 3rd floor walk up on July 3rd 2015. He confirmed the day before! Yet still did not show up or answer any of my calls. I was left sitting next to my full truck with a 3 year old and elderly mother! What kind of person does that to another human being?
