I placed an order on 2⁄1 and in the order summary it said that the quantity was 2 when I had paid for 3 items. So of course I wanted to make sure that what I paid for was actually in stock so I called, phone just rang and no voicemail option. I emailed too, no response. I should not have so much trouble contacting a business about my order. I live in the area and spend a lot on hair products so was glad to find somewhere nearby for quick shipping … BUT I WILLNEVERORDERHEREAGAIN. AND I WILLBECONTACTINGPAYPALFOR A REFUND now since I have also written on their FB page trying to get assistance, and they had time to erase my message but no time to actually assist a paying customer. Do not order here, they suck. They spend all of their time marketing to YT wig reviewers but do not provide ANY customer service to paying customers. My orders from all other similar companies always ship out the next morning unless an item is out of stock and they contact you to make you aware — do not waste your time ladies! EDITEDTOADD: After continuing to post on their page asking for help they FINALLY sent me a message saying that my order states that I ordered 3 items and saying that it takes 24 – 72 hours or ship. No acknowledgement of their crappy customer service or apology, how unprofessional. I will be going back to my trusty Samsbeauty, Wigtypes and even Ebonyline since they value paying customers, resolve issues professionally and accept responsibility, some of them also offer cheaper shipping options as well so it’s a win win.

I was a little concerned after reading all these reviews, but it was to late I had already ordered the wig. Fortunately I didn’t have any problems. I did have to email them once because I didn’t receive my shipment confirmation email for a day or 2. They emailed me right back and once I received the email confirmation I received the wig 2 days later. I haven’t tried on the wig but from the looks of it I shouldn’t have any problems with the wig either.

I am surprised that other people had a horrible experience. I ordered a wig online, of course and got it in 3 business days. I did however, order priority mail. I haven’t tried on my wig yet, but I’m sure it will be good.

I ordered a wig from this company. They did NOT state that the wig was out of stock when I ordered online. Instead they took my money. Then emailed me to see if I wanted another color. AGAIN. Most companies will let you know if an item is out of stock BEFORE they charge you. They claimed to process my refund in 5 days. I have not received the refund. I have been emailing the on a constant basis and they keep promising a refund. I STILL have not gotten it. This incident is very unfortunate because they have other items that I would have liked to order. But I cannot take this chance again.
