I’ve known Peter, since 2004, for more than 10 years in a professional level and a personal level.
He’s a brilliant man who keeps innovating himself and mastering the art of helping overs. In the work area, he helped his subordinates by practicing soft skills such as active listening.
His approach of resolving a conflict or an issue has resulted him in achieving to stay connected with previous managers, employees and customers. He makes it his priority to resolve any issues in a timely and coordinated manner that would benefit the company and the customer. These types of approach are rare to find nowadays. But Peter has exceeded to meet all of the customer’s requirements within their quality metrics.

The biggest concerns for me as a homeowner are– does the company I hire care, will they work hard on my project, will they take care of me if something goes wrong, and most importantly, do they have integrity?
I can say with 100% certainty that Sogno Home is a yes to all of these questions. We could not have a had a more pleasant experience.
In all honesty, I was very skeptical to take this new online approach to replacing windows, especially when it involved the home that my family resides in. Furthermore, it was very different for us relative to the way we had experienced previously when we had our windows replaced. Usually there is a high pressure sell involved and in home visit prior to purchase. As a customer you feel like you are being sold a used car and there is always the feeling of whether you made the right decision. Not to mention the amount of time taken out of your already busy day which could otherwise be spent doing something a lot more useful
I must say, even though Sogno is a different approach utilizing a more online model, Peter was always available to answer all of our needs and concerns. In fact, he was instrumental in leading us in the correct direction without up selling, even though up selling seemed to be in his best interest. He took personal one on one care of us during the whole process and in fact was there to literally hold our hands during this, in our minds, big job.
During the process, we had second thoughts on whether to replace a certain upstairs window with a particular style of window and while many of the churn and burn competitors may have said take it or we will charge you anyway (we have experienced this), Peter listened to our issue and we came to a mutually agreeable solution.
We came away with the notion that Sogno was in the business of building long term relationships with customers versus a one time sale. The associates were all very professional and respected our household.
