Dr. Ghossaini listened to my problems. She spent time and was thorough. I was glad to see a physician who did not rush and took good care of me.

I was charged more than double the copay indicated on my insurance card with no explanation. The billing followup was rude, and Dr. Ghossaini’s examination didn’t even qualify as perfunctory. Her recommendation of hearing aids had nothing to do with the temporary problems I was experiencing. Frankly I don’t think she heard a word of what I was saying.

Do not see this doctor!!! I had to wait over an hour to see her and then she completely ignored everything i said. All she wanted to do was rush me out of the room so she could get to lunch on time. She didn’t give me a diagnosis or a solution to my hearing loss and vertigo. I saw someone 2 weeks later who diagnosed me with menierre’s disease in 5 minutes! Now i’m getting treatment and feeling great. Dr. Ghossaini is terrible!
