Nice clean Subway with very friendly workers. Lines are never long due to the speed of those making the food.

With a big chain I focus on service and the place continues to offer fast service. The veggies tend to always be fresh(no brown lettuce, tomatoes plenty red). Besides knowing what to expect from the food I can add I tried the new Chipotle Chicken Melt with the new Guacamole and was suprised how much I liked it. Being able to add Guac now really rounds out the«southwest» options on the menu.

Opens early 0600 am cst. Friendly and good service. No wifi. Plenty of room to sit and eat ur sandwich. Subway is subway but this one is fresh. Not old lunch meat.

I should start by saying that I only go to Subway expecting mediocrity. I do not expect a gourmet sub or anything to knock my socks off. That being said, i do expect customer service that is up to par. This subway has about 19 people behind the counter at lunch time, all jockeying for position at the 2 or 3 sandwich making stations. It looks as if it should be efficient, but it runs just about the same as any other location. I gave two stars because the establishment seems clean, which is most important when selecting a restaurant. Today when I walked in, there was no line, which is nice. The gentleman behind the counter mumbled something like«how can I help you» while staring out the window and not looking at me. None of the employees acknowledge you when you speak to them, they simply assemble your sandwich. I asked for a few onions on my sandwich and got a handful, then I said«a ton of olives» and got 4 slices of black olives. Asked for some more olives and got 2 more slices. Whatever. I’ll pick off the onions. The person who rings you out stares at you until you explain what you ordered(at most locations the person who wraps the sandwich tells the cashier what it is) and then punches a few keys on the register and stares at you until you realize the total and pay. No communication, no please or thank you, do you want a drink and chips with that or see you soon or come again. I’ve had similar experiences more than once here. I’d chalk it up to the lunch rush and being busy, but like I said, there’s hardly ever a line. I guess rudeness is efficient.

This is the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been to. I usually don’t go for Subway for sandwiches, I like the other options in the area better, but there are a couple of things Subway has going for it. One is the 5 dollar footlong… that deal is the best deal in sandwich land by far. The other is the way Subway does toppings. Jimmy Johns and Potbelly’s sort of have a fixed number and amount of toppings you can put on your sandwich. At Subway, I can practically put an entire side salad on top of my sandwich without being charged any more. Some days, I want an entire side salad on top of my sandwich. And you know what? I find the toppings at this location to be particularly fresh, too. Friendly service, clean establishment, great deals on subs.

Subway is definitely not the best sub place, but they are the cheapest. I mean where else can you get a Samich for $ 3.00. The reason why they can charge so little is because of portion control. They give you 3 small thin pieces of meat and the rest is veggies, cheese and bread. Even the cheese is cut into small triangle pieces. The only things they are generous with are veggies. How do you think Jarod lost so much weight on the Subway Diet. It’s definitely good if you are on a diet but if you are looking to fill up then don’t come to Subway.

This is by far the best Subway EVER! It’s clean, fast, but the service is OUTSTANDING! They remember my Sandwich… they remember me… they are just the sweetest people! ALWAYS smiling! I love places that really take a personal approach with their customers and I’d never expect it to find it at fast food chain resturant, but this place is the exception! Many thanks to the Subway staff here who make me feel special everytime I stop in! :) Just to note… as the last reviewer mentioned — the location is not prime for anyone that is not in the Financial district, but since I’m over at the CBOE it’s a perfect location for me! I LOVE Subway… but I really LOVE the staff at this place!

This is my favorite Subway in the area. It’s always EXTREMELY clean and the employees are pleasant. They also don’t skimp on any of the veggies, not even the giardiniera. Yaay! This franchise owner knows what he/she is doing. Thank you!

It’s a Subway; a franchise restaurant, which means you know what to expect when you go here. Sub sandwich made-to-order without a long wait. That’s exactly what you get here. The restaurant is clean and staff friendly. Service is quick and reliable; hey, they’ve never messed up my order! They don’t roll your eyes when you ask for something toasted or get picky with the amout of mayo you want or that you want black pepper *without* salt. The location is not very good… it’s hidden on Financial just South of Van Buren so unless you work right there you probably don’t even know this place exists as there are about a half dozen other Subways within a few block radius. So, if you’re in a hurry and work in the CBOE or BOT or within spitting distance of either, head into Subway and get your sandwich on. Keep your change handy when leaving… guaranteed to be someone outside asking you for it.

subways are pretty consistent and you can’t go wrong taking jarods advice, at $ 2.50 a 6in sandwich that included every food group with all sorts of nutrients, aminos, etc… eat heathy and then go next door of this one to Alcocks and give your liver a work out. This one is by the board of Trade.
