Subway

I came here after getting craptastic customer service before at another Subway just a few minutes away and not even placing an order and this time the guy behind the counter named Juan greeted me «Welcome to Subway, may I take your order? Now this guy knows what customer service is and he kicked ass on my sandwiches because they were so good I am working on the second one. Not only did he fix them the way I l liked, but he made sure he asked what else I wanted on the sandwiches before completing my order. I do come to this location if I am in the area, but that’s about as far as it goes in terms of going to a Subway restaurant. Customer service goes a long way and a lot of workers don’t have it like some people do in terms of good customer service skills.
