I have been to this location multiple times now giving it the benefit of the doubt, but in done. Every single time they are out of something I want(bread, tuna, pickles, cookies, etc.). Get your shit together Subway.

I lived above this subway for two years. The staff was very personable and really liked them. Unfortunately, this location is the CHEAPESTLOCATIONEVER! The owner/manager refuses to order enough ingredients to last the week or the workday rush. I can tell you that there were probably 20 times I had to leave because they didn’t have tomatoes, bread, lettuce, cheese, spinach etc. if you can’t choose what you like, why go?

The reviews below speak for themselves. The employees our not mean, but sure our not friendly. The thing that bugs me the most is I come here 4 times a week because I live super close and maybe 1 of every 8 meals is decent. They simply throw stuff on the sub without organizing anything and call it a day. Employees need to be trained better on how to properly make a sub.

The worst Subway franchise location I have ever been to. The employees are careless. The vegetables are always mixed together and sometimes bad. The TV is on way too loud of a volume. And they do not accept AMEX. I really enjoy Subway, but it is disgrace for this location to represent the Subway franchise in the heart of Chicago.

This subway is conveniently located to my office… but that’s all it has going for it. I was surprised that there was no line during the lunch hour rush… now i know why. The workers there are really lazy and sloppily put your sandwich together, completely making my meal very unappetizing. I understand I’m paying $ 5 for my meal but seriously, the sheer carelessness that goes into making my sandwich makes me question the actual cleanliness of the restaurant behind the scenes. Hey owners of this franchise: wake the F up and hire some real employees. You have a store in an awesome location surrounded by highrise office buildings, yet it’s empty during lunch hour.

Ordering at this location makes me feel like I’m in the«Soup Nazi» episode of Seinfeld. You are yelled at and borderline humiliated. The customer service is simply not there. Forget ordering any extra ingredients on your sandwich, its like asking them for a personal favor. This happens consistently.

It’s 12 in the afternoon, you’re at work and piled on your desk is overdue assignments. You only have time for a quick bite and your nearest option is this Subway on 345 N Lasalle st. The place is spewing with class compared to other Subways, flat screens, comfy chairs etc are what you’ll get but this is all that’s good about it. The customer services reeks of arrogance and impudence. You ask for lettuce or extra mayo and they yell right back at you. The tall, skinny lady not only yells her guts out, but looks at you with such vehemence you’re almost inclined to ignore getting anything. I know we may all not like our jobs but c’mon leave your issues at home and at least pretend you like the customers. Dare you try asking for more meat or lettuce, you might get a slap. Please be fore-warned

The workers at this Subway are the rudest people that I have ever encountered. I understand that this may not be there ideal job but I deal with many crappy people in my day as well. Not looking for a smile or special treatment but it grates my nerve when I am spoken to like a dog.
