I was in need of a pair of glasses. Thankfully I had Sebastian as the sales associate to help me. He was very friendly and helpful. I was complaining about my old pair of Maui Jims and Sebastian explained to me how Maui Jim had improved their product line so that they were more secure and less breakable. He also explained about polarization and helped me find glasses where you could not see my eyes.
They had a promotion going on for Maui Jims where they were giving away gift bags that included a water bottle, golf towel, golf tees, strings for your glasses, bottle opener, and a string bag. What a lucky coincidence!
I had a birthday 20% off coupon that I had forgotten to bring but Sebastian was nice to apply it to my purchase.
I also had some trouble with a pair of raybans that I had previously purchased and Sebastian helped me fix them and clean them up!
What great service I received here! I am definitely coming here again for all my sunglass needs!

My mom was in need of an upgrade on some new sunglasses. I decided if you are gonna upgrade from Rayban… why not go to Prada? We tried on a few glasses no help from staff but in this scenario I liked it that way. My mom got some banging Prada sunglasses and now she is a fashionista. well almost. :)
The glass selection is pretty nice but the staff seemed to be surrounded by fog!

Added one more Ray Ban to my collection. Excellent staff and service. They helped me out choosing a right pair. This store is tucked at the end on the ground floor of Macy’s on State street.
Advice to management: Please carry some different styles at different locations. I started off with Sunglasses hut on Wabash, then with two other at Water Tower place. All the stores were carrying same type of designs and colours. Please add more colours to your invetory.
