I walked into this store intending to get a new phone; My iPhone 5 had just went out on me that Friday. It was telling me I needed to connect to iTunes… which I tried several times on several computers with iTunes on them. I said to the associate, «I need a new phone my phone isn’t responding to iTunes anymore.» The associate told me to «go to Apple they are the experts.» [Nuff said] Horrible customer service. I had to force these people to give me options on replacing that phone … It took two days, but I got it done. I finally opted to do the«in store claim,» which was the most logical and 3rd option I was presented with. I can’t understand f I really the life of me though why the rep Matt would send me to Apple though, when I’m a paying TMOBILE customer, for over ten years, might I add. My persistence is the only thing that got me outta that store with a phone. They did not want to service me, it seemed. The supervisor M. Villegas was just as bad. She basically ignored me, and my situation. The next day I came to the store, she ignored my family member who was gonna speak on behalf of me and find out my options, because I clearly was getting nowhere with these people. So after waiting so long in the car, and seeing that he had not even been called upon yet, I walked back inside the store. Inside, he stated to me that the manager had completely put a customer who had just biked in, in front of him. Her excuse was that the guy was with a lady that had just left(who was not on bike but in a car.) Yeah, OK! They didn’t even acknowledge one another. I was ready to go. But he wanted answers. So after witnessing her explanation, in which he had already stated to me… there was service rep Daniela, «who could assist us.» Daniela juggled two phones in her ears… after seeing this display I was kinda tickled, so I stayed. Excuse me if that’s offensive but this was funny. It was kinda like pulling teeth though to get more options that actually made sense to me. This bafoolery lasted two days, may I reiterate, but I NEEDED a phone. I told them that. If I could give 0 stars I would! [But I LOVE my new edge+ !!!] @custompillowz *MUAH*

It is not often you write reviews on retail stores but the service I received was exceptional. All staff were really attentive and went out of there way to give me the best price on plans and devices.

Despite their closing time of 8pm on the particular night I was there to upgrade a phone Adam and Mireya stuck with me through the process of upgrading a phone while simultaneously closing the store. They had to deal with some difficulties prior to helping me which set them back but they stayed with me for literally an hour after the store closing. Above and beyond customer service with very articulate and exceptional descriptions of all of the options laid out before me. Despite the difficulties they very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Hats off! I would highly recommend this T-Mobile for your future cellular needs!

My boyfriend had lost his phone so we stopped into replace it. The staff was so helpful, patient, and friendly. I actually ended up switching from Verizon to T MOBILE. The guy, Solo, who helped us was extremely patient as we were there for a little over two hours. Would definately recommend this location.

I was ready to upgrade to a new iPhone and also ready to cut my ties to ATT. It was a toss up whether to go to the Apple Store but I decided to give this T Mobile store a try(they are across the street from each other). And I’m so glad I did. Robert took very good care of me and was very knowledgable about the plans, particularly the international features which are especially useful for me and will likely save me thousands of dollars a year. In fact everyone in the store was very friendly, and the whole experience was very pleasant. I was even able to trade in my old iPhone(something Apple had never offered in my past dealings with them).

See Vincent at this store! I went through a store in south loop and called the customer service line and they were both terrible! I tried to get my mom’s Tracphone service switched over, but every salesman asked for an account and password which a pre-paid minutes service does not have. When I came to this store, Vincent knew right away on how to resolve this by using her IEMI #. Thanks, Vincent!

I work in customer service and sales. I know what it’s like to meet certain goals. I think that the rep who initially helped me at this T-Mobile store was trying to meet(or exceed) those goals with me. I reviewed the T-Mobile website prior to visiting the store and I had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted. I told the guy what I wanted but he signed me up for something else that was more expensive. You never would have thought it either because we had fabulous banter and lots of laughs. This was my new friend who wouldn’t intentionally deceive me, right? Wrong. A supervisor at the store helped me the next day and her efforts made the situation slightly worse. I ended up with an extra phone that was difficult to return. I brought it to the store and a third employee cut open the package that needed to be returned and then realized it would have been simpler if he hadn’t opened it. That caused me more problems too. It took daily phone calls and visits to the T-Moble store to get it straightened out the way I wanted. It took forever to discect layers of misinformation. It will continue to take months to get all of my money back. The store itself is spacious. It is much larger than the Verizon store in the same strip mall; however, T-Mobile has fewer employees. They only have one or two employees working all the time and it seems as if many sales and service interactions are laboriously time consuming. There isn’t a sign in sheet to keep the queue orderly and there is only one bench along the window to sit while waiting. I appreciate that there is a convenient(and free) parking lot in front of the store.

I went in to replace my phone. I was mislead and later no one would accept responsibility. I don’t think there is a manager at this store, just a bunch of sales clerks who don’t always tell the truth. I was told they could give me a discount on my service and they proceeded to give me the Kohls employee discount where I am not, nor ever have been an employee, nor had every claimed to be. When they added up my service and phone costs, it appeared to be a good deal, but when I received my first bill, the costs were different and since I was locked into a new phone, I couldn’t change them.(add $ 4 to my monthly bill) Then after a few months, Tmobile corporate decided to take away my discount since I was not, nor ever was a Kohls employee(add $ 17.17 to my monthly bill for 2 numbers) I went back to complain, but they can’t tell me who the salesperson was nor will they discuss it with me. Once my contract runs out I will be switching service, after 10 years as a satisfied customer because of the lies of this salesperson.

After having a TERRIBLE experience with a shady tmobile phone service agent, I went into this location. I worked with three people who were all very, very helpful but Geraldine went above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions. She is very knowledgable, professional and I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with their phone or service. I will not ever call tmobile customer service again, and will always return to this specific location.

I’ve been to this location multiple times with my boyfriend and after the last visit I felt a review was needed. I went in on 1÷1÷2014 to pay my boyfriend’s phone bill because he’s working third shift and sleeps during the day. I walk in and there were 2 people behind the counter I walk up and say hi to both and they just stare at me like I just said eff your mother. A guy walks in about a minute later and he’s greeted with«Happy New Year, what can I help you with today?» Really, all of a sudden you have manners and can speak?! EXTREMELYRUDE! One of them was a woman with dreads that I’d had a previous encounter with, I’d asked her a question just reconfirming what we were told a couple days ago that according to her was incorrect and again she was rude. The other guy with a fro was nice when my boyfriend was buying the iPhone 5s, maybe he was happy about the commission. Both workers are black as am I and the person who walked in after me was a white man so either they are racist or sexist either way it’s bad.
