My boyfriend and I visited this store early in December 2015 because we were interested in switching from Verizon due to high bills. The Associate we spoke with did the math and sold us on the Jump! Plan and told us about how low our bill would be. We were still under contract with Verizon and were told that all fees would be paid and that they’d pay up to $ 650 on the phones we traded in but were still currently paying on. We both got new phones and were very happy that we would be saving ~$ 60 on our bill. Fast forward to when we get the last Verizon bill in the mail for a whopping $ 800. We called T-Mobile and submitted a Reimbursement Request which was denied. Upon calling T-MObile we were told that it was a «training issue» with associates not telling customers how the Jump! Plan and the reimbursements work. They do not pay any money to other companies for the phones. They only pay the fee to get out your contract. Apparently many people had called with the same issue. So now according to corporate our only option is to pay this massive bill that the associate said would be covered. Terrible service on the part of the associate for not fully explaining/understanding/knowing how everything worked. Terrible service on part of corporate for thinking an I’m sorry works in this situation when there’s an $ 800 bill.

Super friendly VERY knowledgeable about the different phones I was interested in as well as pros n cons between them. I went in because my old phone stopped holding a charge and I left with a new phone the ability to use all the cool features on my new phone. They even checked my plan without me asking and realized I wasn’t using anywhere close to the amount of data I was paying for, I was on a super old plan and with my permission they legit chopped my monthly bill by more than half!!! God bless you Z I could kiss you!!! Soooooo I pretty much ended up getting a free phone cause what I saved on my monthly bill more than covered my phone payment! Anyway, really great staff very helpful, very knowledgeable, very friendly, 5 stars all around!!!

This store is terrible. Customer should be care your bills. Today I go to there buy the iPhone 6s Plus. I’m already tell the employee i don’t want do the T-Mobile«JUMP», but when I leave there T-Mobile send me messages«welcome to jump». WTF. What do you mean? Do u think Customer is stupid? I don’t want go back this store, and tell my all friends don’t coming there

This place is very helpful. «Z» cut right through the T-mobile red tape and solved my issue. I learned that the store you choose can greatly impact your experience with the company. My advise would be to avoid the store at 4713 N Broadway and come here instead!

These guys are the best! Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and goes out of their way, especially for the techno-ignorant, like me. The owner totally knows his stuff and runs a great business. Karla is great. Twice they’ve helped me with unbelievably easy fixes that baffled the pea-brains at the store at 4714 N Broadway.

So far I really do like the place, it’s cheap and reasonable, people are always so nice to me, The Owner Ziad not nate is very knowledgeable about all the phones, he took the time and explain the plans and what phone might be best for me and so far I love it. He always explains my bill and breaks down everything to me. Great place and very clean unlike the other store that used to be across the street. Very happy with the New Owners.

Terrific service! The owner is very knowledgeable, very helpful, & takes the time to make sure everything’s right. Z, the new T-Mobile owner, is a find. Helped me tweak my phone, good advice, no attitude. Part of what makes it great to be in Andersonville.
