The Floor Show

Jim and The Floor Show team are consummate professionals. They tackled a difficult and uneven floor for tile, carpet, staining on 3 levels. Did not stop until the floors were perfect. Could have charged more than their original quote given the conditions they discovered during installation, but they didn’t.
Highly recommend for any of your flooring needs.

Floor Show is a small neighborhood place, with a recent store front I’m informed, with a great selection of fun flooring and tiling options, but most importantly great customer service. I was walking on Roscoe one day when I saw some really beautiful tile in the window, so I walked in. They have some great contemporary items, and they let me take a sample of the backsplash I was coveting with me. Once I got it home, I realized that it would be too dark in my kitchen. I brought it back a week or so later, no fuss. Checked out a different color, and though they didn’t have a sample, they let me take their display piece. All of this, without a second thought – which if you’ve ever hunted for supplies like this, you know can be a big deal. Ultimately, I couldn’t find a counter to match my gorgeous backsplash, (triste), but still had a great experience.
Later during my remodel, when I had an issue with the floor tiles I ordered, i called up the Floor Show. I had a real issue with deadlines, and they offered to start pulling samples of things that might work, and stay open so I could get there and look before close. I was majorly frazzled, and I cannot say how amazing it was that they went to such efforts!
