I haven’t picked up my paintings yet, but as far as customer service goes, this place is fantastic. When I called originally to get quotes, Micah was extremely helpful. The young woman I met at The Frame Shop on Elston today (wish I had gotten her name) was very kind, helpful and cared about giving me a good deal. The price was very reasonable… so grateful I found this place.

I dropped off 5 photos to have framed. The turnaround was good and the price was right. The finished product was perfect. I will definitely be back to have other photos framed.

Needed a concert poster framed, Teresa and team did a great job!
The Frame Shop is part of Genesis Art Supply. Which is really helpful when looking for the store for the first time.
When I unrolled my poster I realized it had been scuffed a bit from me rolling it over the years. I was concerned because I had’t noticed this before. But Teresa buffed out most of the marks with an eraser and when I got the poster back I was thrilled! I couldn’t find the marks at all!
I used a Groupon and got a great deal, but Teresa mentioned a sale they have going on too.
I was very happy with this place, and was very happy with how Teresa handled the entire situation!
