MaryEllen is the best. She stuck with my wife and me for several years as we were in the process of moving to Chicago from Ohio, and then moving from a rental to a condo in the city, the past year and a half of which was spent waffling over renting vs. buying, falling in and out of the market, etc.
My wife and I weren’t the easiest buyers to deal with, either, because we had conflicting goals, but MaryEllen showed the patience of ob, never pushing us and never failing to adapt to our ever-​changing requirements with new property searches and showings. I can’t count the the number of showings she took us on over the years but suffice it to say that we’ve seen most of Chicago.
And the story ended happily in July as we finally settled on a loft in the South Loop. I would highly recommend MaryEllen and Mike Busking (who helped us find the rental when we moved from Ohio) at the Keuhl Group. Fantastic at what they do and fantastic people as well.

Last year my husband & I were looking to purchase our 1^st home in Chicago (Condo) and we had met a few real estate agents in the process. A friend directed us to a woman by the name of Mary Ellen Kuehl & let me just say – that was one hell of a tip! Mary Ellen runs her own company & is extremely knowledgeble of all things real estate.
Perhaps the only thing I would warn about is her driving – it is a little scary – but at least it is adventure. She always came to pick us up to look at places & then dropped us off at home – very sweet.
She not only helped us find our place, she gave us a list of reccommended service people ie plumbers, contractors ect. She also helped us with everything from looking to closing on our place. If you are looking for a place and want professional, curteous & prompt service – look no further than the Kuehl group. They are the best!
