I’m currently enrolled in craniosacral 1 and taking C/S 2 right after. Anne is a phenomenal instructor with an incredible amount of knowledge and passion for bodywork that oozes through her entire being! I can’t wait to book a one-on-one appointment with her. I know I won’t be disappointed.

I know Ann as a someone who’s received massage from her, and as a student. As a massage therapist, Ann does a lot more than your typical Swedish massage that you get in some over-priced spa. Her specialty is Ortho-bionomy, which is a very gentle, very effective technique. Ann also does cranial-sacral work, hypnotherapy, and a lot of other techniques that I can’t even recall now. Let’s just say, you will get gentle, powerful work done. I recommend Ann to anybody, but particularly to someone who is experiencing health issues, or is recovering from a health problem. The work she does will support your body and spirit, in a way that you haven’t experienced before. She is the professional’s professional. As a student, I’ve taken ortho-bionomy classes from Ann. I really like Ann as a teacher. She’s very patient, knows how to conduct a class, and really really knows this technique inside and out. Using ortho-bionomy techniques in my own massage practice has worked very well for me. My clients say things like, «OMG, what did you just do, that was amazing!» So, if you’re a client, you should really experience this technique for yourself. If you’re a therapist looking for more continuing education hours, you should experience this technique as a client, and also take classes! Ortho-bionomy works. Ann’s office is in the heart of Old Town, so the only parking is street parking. That can definitely be a challenge. Nearby buses are 11 Lincoln Avenue, 36 Broadway, 22 Clark Street, and, a little farther, 151 Sheridan and 20 Armitage. The Segdwick Brown line stop is about four blocks away. You have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to Ann’s space, so it is not wheelchair accessible. It’s in a very old Chicago building; there is a flower shop on the first floor, the name of which escapes me now.
