Excellent work but they don’t put the prices on their receipt and the women can be rude to «certain» customers!

I’ve been going to this place for a while now and have yet to have a bad experience. Clothes are always immaculate and on time as they service a few of the major hotels in that area. Customer service is great and the owners are extremely friendly and personable. The only con I could think of was that sometimes the clerks aren’t the best at English but with that said, I’ve never had a problem communicating anything to them.

I’ve been going to this cleaners for a few years now and love their friendly service, quick turnaround, and great alterations.
The new owners are great, and they have their own cleaning plant at an offsite location, which cuts out the middle man and results in better quality and consistency.
The prices are reasonable, and they have a great tailor that can do expert alterations on anything from pants to wedding dresses.
They also offer laundry and pick up and delivery within a few blocks of their location.

Since new management/owners, this cleaners has gotten PRICEY! I had a dress hemmed here recently and it cost me $ 28! Just a simple hem… wasn’t a pleated dress or fancy fabric. It was a beautiful hem, cross-stiched over the top and everything, but this dress didn’t need that. I would have paid less to get a simpler hem on a dress I paid slightly over $ 100 for to begin with.
When I asked why it was so much more expensive than the last time I got a dress hemmed under the new owners, I was told the $ 18 I was charged last time was a mistake and basically called a liar (I have the receipts to prove it, although I probably just won’t go here again knowing that $ 28 is standard).
