Love this place! Great coffee and non-coffee drinks and yummy treats. Terrific place to hang out or work. Fabulous staff and vibe!

Love coming here in the mornings. Satisfied with every purchase. I’m a fan of the regular drip coffee and a pastry, but everyone who orders the«queen of the heart», the signature mocha, looks happy :). The best part of this place is the small coffee shop vibe. The people take their time when they take your order, answer questions and help make suggestions. The employees seem like the most patient and genuine people, which is a total break from the normal coffee shop experience where chains and convenience rule all. keep it up guys! You are appreciated! Ps try the breakfast panini! A little pricey but good to split with another person and soo yummy!

I love this place! I stumbled into Two Hearted Queen not long after they first opened their doors and have been a loyal customer since. The menu is definitely different and unique since they mix coconut milk into some of their signature drinks. It may sound a little strange, but definitely an amazing combination trust me! My personal favorites are the Ice Queen with vanilla and the Queen of the Night, both have a hint of coconut milk. The coffee is always made to perfection and never too sweet. The baristas are always friendly and make an effort to get to know you.

I stopped in here yesterday in hopes of getting a warm beverage to thaw me from the inside out. I was greeted with friendly smiles and served quickly. This place is the best kind of quirky and colorful, the kind of place you want to go and hang out if you live nearby. I ordered the larger hot apple cider with two shots of caramel. Yum! Served piping hot, it did the trick. Looking forward to coming back and trying out one of the chocolate scones(I think that’s what they were) and blueberry muffins(looked like real exploding berries up in there). Great spot!(Only 4⁄5 because it was $ 8 for the two drinks… more of an industry thing versus this lovely business.)

This spot is so freaking cute I can’t stand it. It’s a great place to get work done. The décor is kitschy and the drinks are limited and reasonable(yay for lack of option paralysis!). It also has character, which for a coffee shop is a +. You can draw from a deck of cards and get a discount depending on what you draw. The two girls working the counter were super chill and really cool to talk to and very patient at explaining their drinks.

The people were very nice and the drinks were great but the atmosphere was not good for studying. Pretty dark and very loud, annoying music. I have a hard time doing homework with Distrubia blasting.

This place is beautiful! Great service, selection and atmosphere. The women who run this store are friendly and create a welcoming environment. From the cool goddess symbol in their logo, impeccable kitchen space, the warm colors, chill playlist, and thoughtful decorations, to the delicious(gluten and dairy free options!) food and tea service, this is exactly the kind of good vibe place I’ve been looking for. It’s on a quiet, tree-lined street away from the noise of Belmont but close to the train and bus stops. Perfect local spot for your next cup of comfort. :)

Great coffee, friendly service, and right around the corner. I’m very happy this place opened up right down the block from me. I am drinking more coffee than ever! The owners are very nice and friendly and most of their staff is as well. Their pastries are OK, but there is room for improvement here. Great little coffee shop!

At first when you walk in the street corner entrance, you see a small room with a few bar stools and the counter where they make the drinks, but if you walk in further, you’ll see the connected 2 rooms with an assortment of couches, small tables, and individual seats(and small kids tables), with a really bright/light feeling. I ordered the iced queen latte with coconut milk and brown sugar flavored. It was refreshing and the espresso had a really nice flavor. I just wish there was a bit more coconut milk! There are a few outlets around the place, so if you can find a table/spot near one, it’s great for working, when you need to charge something. They also have a cute little gimmick where if you draw the queen of hearts, your drink is on the house — so maybe try visiting later in the day? ^_^

«Two Hearted Queen» coffeehouse is hidden on the corner of Racine and Roscoe. Once you’re here, the warm, homey atmosphere will shut your poker face! Hubby and I came over before the Star Wars premier. Apparent Unilocalers have given THQ a stellar review, «wholeheartedly,» so I really wanted to find out why this place was this awesome. I went with the choice which Whitney Houston would concur, «Queen of the Night.» This drink features mocha, a hint of Himalayan sea salt, and peppercorn. At first, I thought this caffeinated beverage contained cayenne pepper since I have had something else similar to this. Nevertheless, it tasted more smooth without the signature«punch» cayenne pepper would render. As I was finishing it up, I detected the presence of salt. Yes, I felt like a self-proclaimed queen after my coffee therapy. Hubby commented that his matcha latte was stronger than what he anticipated. Well, this was how real tea should be. In terms of the ambiance, there are a variation of seating available, comfy couch, working-friendly two-person table and chairs, and a small round table for the mother-daughter pair. Prices for their coffee are the reflection of the neighborhood: slightly elevated($ 9 and some change for 2, 16oz. signature drinks), but I would say THQ was a great discovery. The location isn’t awfully far from the Wrigley Field, just in case you aren’t too fond of the commercial coffee shop on Clark.

Sometimes when I have some spare time, I’ll try to find a new coffee place. I was pleased to find this spot. It seemed almost hidden. When you walk in, you are struck by its hospitality and warmth. It’s one of those places where everything feels relaxed and un-rushed, slowed to a pace where you can enjoy your latte. I don’t know if they do it all the time, but they have a fun pick a card game. If you pick a certain card(always the same) you get a discount. If your pick is not the one, they keep that card out – eventually someone gets the lucky card. A small fun thing, but enjoyable. My latte was in the good category, more bitter(not bad) than some – maybe causing me to add just a touch of sugar next time. Definitely an enjoyable nook in the City.

Finally stopped by here around 5 yesterday. I love it. My latte was perfect, the people were super nice. I went to sit down and there’s a good mix of seating. I chose a spot on the super cushy beat up leather sofa. Very cozy. There’s a good vibe in here. The music is chill and at the perfect volume. I’m totally heading here next week on my day off to read.

Two hearted queen is a hidden gem as my BFF Kris said. We have been thrice now already and I had bookmarked it to try several weeks ago but just happened to walk past it on the way home from a walk the other day. I wanted to take a look around without looking like a weirdo so I ordered a blueberry muffin to go while I did preliminary reconnaissance. the café area is in a small entry room and the rest is almost like two living rooms. there’s a gigantic bathroom too. Since going back a few times have gotten a mocha and a chai latte as well as tried several more pastries and a breakfast panini. They allowed me to modify the panini and it was made on the spot not pre-made so it took a little time to cook the egg. totally worth the wait. I enjoy my time at 2HQ. The music can go from too quiet making it seem almost library like to obtrusive and jarring but overall the ambiance is CHILLAF. The people who work there have been really great and remember my drink order already! I was also pleased to find that it is a queer owned establishment!

The reason for the Queen having two hearts… to allow for all the additional love that goes into each cup of coffee, each«Hello» as you enter, the attention to the décor, the smiles that greet you, and people who care. I may daydream at times of being a Queen, but this coffee shop will make you feel like one from the time you enter until the time you leave. My advice, grab a cappucino, order one of their new cooked-to-order breakfast sandwiches, take a seat and read while enjoying the love that fills the place.

Very cute café in a very cute neighborhood staffed by super friendly folks. I didn’t have time to stay and check out the sitting area, but I could taste the quality of the espresso in my Queen Of The Night to-go even though I regretted asking for almond milk and thought there were too many flavors going on in one drink. Would definitely come back for coffee or espresso and to just sit and read.

This place is another great coffee shop in the north side. The coffee is great and so is the breakfast sandwiches ! It is really a great place to read and get work done . The only downside to this place is parking ! The parking is permit parking and after 6 pm is when you need a permit.

I have enjoyed studying at this café several times, every tea I’ve had was perfect. However, stopped by yesterday for a coffee with soy… spent the whole afternoon sick due to being lactose intolerant. Not sure if cup used to make latte was rinsed properly. Still leave 4 stars cause I do sincerely love this place, just won’t be getting coffee again…

I love this place! Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and plenty of seating. One of my favorite things to do in my spare time is to sit in a quiet coffee shop and read or get work done, and it looks like I found the perfect place to do that. They also have a deck of cards up at the counter, and before you pay they ask you to draw a card; if you get the queen of hearts your order is on the house, and if you get the two of hearts you get 50% off. I pulled the two of hearts, pretty lucky for my first visit! This is just overall a cozy place to get some coffee and a snack while you catch up with a friend or work on that essay that’s due tomorrow. I can see myself becoming a regular.

Such a cute little coffee shop! A little pricey, but the atmosphere is great, and the drinks are delicious! My hubby and I got soy iced chai lattes after walking around the city all day, and man they hit the spot! We were exhausted and thirsty, so that pepped us right back up. Definitely recommend getting one of those! The girls working there were very nice and helpful. This would be a great place to go read or study.
