Uptop services a large area with experienced, respectable couriers in both Chicago’s loop and Wicker Park/​West Town/​Bucktown (and parts of Logan Square) neighborhoods. They work with over 40 restaurants and have been aggressively expanding since their conception a couple years ago. Uptop offers courier service seven days a week, and probably eight if you ask nicely.
Through cooperation with Grubhub, Uptop has provided FREE service to restaurants in Chicago since 2008 and my experience with the company has been solid, trustworthy and well worth a 5-​star rating. Working with Uptop is easy, quick and professional while still remaining a grassroots, down to earth company.

I worked at a sandwich shop that used Uptop as it’s delivery service. There was only one time out of hundreds that I can remember when they flubbed big time on something. And that was the fault of the employee himself (he was fired after that).
They are extremely reliable (even during the winter?! yes!), flexible, and personable people. I’m glad they are doing well.
