We decided to try this place out since it was so close to the house. First, the lady on the phone hung up on me before I could even give my information. Then I call back and it took about 10 minutes to find out who I was and what I ordered. They then tell me it will be an hour before we get out food. No problem. But, it didn’t take an hour, it took over 2 hours. We come up and notice that the pizza is not at all what we ordered. The pizza was also cold. The fries were disgusting as well and cold. We call up and the man who answers says we are going to have to wait another 1 and a half for them to send a pizza. I say of course I will not wait. I tell them I want a refund and he tells me to please hold because he has other customers that he needs to attend to. I was furious. I tell him I am his customer and you will fix this problem. He says he will call me back. NEVER DID. I called back numerous times and the same response, yeah yeah I will call you back. They never refunded our money, never called back, and the food was gross. We didn’t even get to eat. And we paid. I will never ever go back and I will be sure to let everyone know about how rude they are. No customer service skills whatsoever.
