Why am I offended that this Wendy’s has one star? I can’t help myself…
Y’all have NO CHILL. It’s a fucking Wendy’s. AND IT JUST OPENED. Let ‘em work out the kinks for a day or two! Damn!
Anyway, I went the other day and got the freshest fries and spicy chicken nugs that have ever entered my mouth. I was honestly stoked about it. Customer service was also on point in the DT. I’ll be back. Don’t listen to these fools.

Disgusting. Awful. Everyone was looking forward to a wendy’s being in this area, and saw that it was packed on opening day. Unfortunately, this has to be one of the worst locations, if not, THE WORST. workers don’t know what the hell they’re doing. this mix up even the simplest things wrong. even a manager saw how messed up my order was and redid it herself. but guess what? SHE STILL GOT EVERY LITTLE THING WRONG. its like they dont know what they’re even doing. they all get payed to play & goof around.
everyone who lives in this area always went to the wendys on archer. not too far, always worth the trip. i think its safe to say that we will continue to do so.
im seriously not exaggerating when i say service and management and everything under the sun in this place is terrible. not to mention FILTHY even though it JUST opened. its almost hilarious. patiently waiting for it to be shut down and somethig better to come along.

My goodness! The service in the drive thru is atrocious! It seriously took 3 or 4 people to understand that we wanted the GOUDA bacon cheeseburger, not a Jr bacon cheeseburger. 3 cars in the secondary lane moved up before someone could understand. Then they go and add nuggets to our order that we did not order. I was really excited for this Wendy’s. Now, not so much.

I really had high hopes for this place, I was so excited when I saw the coming soon banner. So today I decide to stop by and I got 4 salad (full) to go…
My complaints as follow:
1– my salads were placed Ina regular bag, meaning they were practically upside down.
2-​No Croutons. Waah!
3– No utensils – thankfully (I’m at home)
I’ll much rather go to the wendys on Archer ave and Laramie. It’s a little far from my house, but I’ve been going there since forever and so far no problems…(this new wendys is just 5 minutes from my house, if that)
Again, I was so excited and now I’m not sure if I’ll come back… Very bummed out :(

I really would love to give the place 4 stars just because Wendy’s was reintroduced into this area, but the service definitely would be a 1, if not, less than a 1. I do understand that it’s a brand new location, but the staff should have been thoroughly trained before opening. I’ve only ordered drive thru in the last couple of times and my experience every time has been the same; could have been better. The quality of the food could also be better, but what do you expect? It’s a fast food restaurant.
