They close when the hell they want. An hour and half early sometimes! I’m glad I’m not the owner who spent all that money to updating that place to have the turd employees turning away customers! Don’t worry these are the same turds who want $ 15 an hour!

Absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. We drove around the drive thru, they got our order completely wrong and missed 3 items, then we went around the drive thru again and asked for our home style chicken and 2 missing fries, and they quickly handed us a bag with completely ice cold fries, only ONE fry when we ordered two, and a cold cheeseburger when we ordered a spicy chicken. And the employee knew this and laughed about it. Horrible management horrible employees, do not give these people any money.

So I’m not one to typically review a Wendy’s, but the last 4 times I’ve been there I have just been absolutely floored by their service. No matter what time of the day it is, I’ve never spent more than 90 seconds in that drive thru, which seriously impresses me. When I pull up to the speaker, they’re always ready for me and quickly take my order. When I pull around to the window I can barely get my credit card back before they’re handing the food to me. It’s always fresh and always fast. This review is solely on service alone, nothing to do with the food(I mean it’s Wendy’s) I’m very impressed by the management and staff there.

Ran to Wendy’s for quick lunch break with a few associates. Not only was our good ready when we got to the window but the staff was super energetic! Specifically the cashier, black woman with braids or dreads and tattoos. She greeted us with the biggest smile and it was truly genuine. Awesome customer service. Thank you ladies for putting a smile on our face

Good, clean, well kept location. The staff is on target, friendly and my orders have always been accurate! This location can be a little bit of a pain to get in and out of but it’s a solid location, worth the trouble.

Why aren’t there more Wendy’s in Chicago? When I went(not Halloween), an employee was even dressed as Wendy herself. Dave Thomas would have smiled at that. Location has a parking lot and drive-thru. The interior is modern and even has some couches and a TV, if you’re wanting to lounge around. Service is on par with other locations, if not a bit faster. The food is up to Mr. Thomas’ standards, and my stomach agrees. If I’m in this area again, this is a nice getaway for some affordable bites in a chill atmosphere.

Among the best Wendy’s locations that I have visited. It’s often a gamble going to a Wendy’s as to whether your food will be hot and fresh or room temperature and sort of stale. At this one the odds of good fresh stuff is very high, at least during the day time. Efficient and very friendly staff, at least during the day time, and the store itself is very clean. When dining in there are also the Coca-Cola freestyle machines, which are very awesome offering so many flavor options. Have frequented this restaurant with highly satisfying experiences the vast majority of the time. As far as Wendy’s go, I would highly recommend this location.

Inside looks great. been awhile so I thought I walked into a fast food Starbucks Service was fast but alittle lackluster. .young kids at the counter. But the order in process was spot on. No issues.

I am usually a fan of Wendy’s(especially when McDonald’s is the alternative), but I was sorely disappointed in my meal this evening. Not only was the burger over-cooked and tasteless, but the music added insult to injury. Please stop playing adult contemporary /slow jams, and please pay more attention to how you cook your meat.

Not that type of place that you wanted to went when you want to grab a simple meal. Burgers and fries with frappé would be my simple meal and when i went here. The only available was the burger, food availability 2 star. The place was a little dirty, so the place would be rated as 2 star. The frappé was bad, 2 star again for that. The whole experience would be 1.5 star. Fortunately I am generous so I would give this palce a BIG2 star!

It’s one of the nicest looking Wendy’s you’ll find. Heck, one of the nicest looking fast food restaurants you can find. But service has never been the strong suit at this location both before and after the remodel. Their drive-thru is a mess. Almost every time you order you’ll be told to pull forward and wait for another 5 – 10 minutes. Last time I was there I saw 2 other cars waiting on their food. And the person bringing them out seemed to have no idea who got what. They also seem understaffed at night and can’t handle the volume. Prepare for a really long wait. Another odd problem that they’ve had even before the re-model is getting the soda machine working right. I’d say 25% of the time the soda comes out flat or without enough syrup. Such an odd problem and this location is the only one I’ve ever experienced it at. Overall, if you’re going in and can check out your order, it’s fine. The inside really is nice. But they can’t get the drive-thru running correctly and this location just never seems to really care about fixing that.

This Wendy’s doesn’t always have the best service, but they try. They’re all very friendly, but easily overwhelmed. They also don’t let you walk through the drive through when the dining room is closed… Still, it’s close, and I love their spicy chicken nuggets. And frostys. And the fact that I can get five things and spend under $ 10!

Walked in, got in line… 23 minutes later we had our food. Oh wait, ooops, just kidding! They gave us the wrong food. 25 minutes later, we had our food. The employees are rude and a total freakin’ mess. This Wendy’s needs serious help.
