Ordered $ 60 worth of food and for a 50 wing order they give you 4 sauses. When i asked for extra sause they wanted to charge me a dollar and the manager told me he couldn’t give it to me for all the food because hes not the owner and doesn’t make the rules. When i told him i never had this problem at another location he said all locations are different. Kinda of petty and disappointing to treat their customers like that. So i guess he has a point there are plenty other locations to go to that i won’t have the same experience ;) hopefully the owner reads this and tells his employees and manager especially how to handle these situations better.

very unsatisfied! paid 50 dollars for food came with no drinks first off then they give me the wrong order! i called to complain and the dude girl gave me attitude

We stopped in to this place today this was our first time ever dining at this chain and it was the worst service and food ever I assure you I will never be returning, we informed the cashier (that was not helpful) that it was our first time there she did not bother to let us know what was good to purchase even though she saw us trying to figure out what to order when we did decide to order she was talking like 50 words per second we could not understand anything she was saying she had to repeat everything ugggg the ignorance, then we had to wait 29 min for our order to be served 29 min. Is the that normal? I had ordered a side of Cole slaw when I went to eat it uggg disgusting it tasted like it had been like a week old so I went back and asked for a fresh one I was told it is its 3 days old huh??? Since when is 3 day coleslaw «fresh »? So I said ok I need a refund so she calls who I am going to assume is the «manager» and he told me I don’t understand why you don’t like it’s only 3 days old, I’m like I’m not eating 3 day old salad then you charged me regular price for, so give me a refund wtf does that even mean? If you are ok with 3 day old food then you fuckin eat it this is the worst place by far but that’s what we get for eating in these ghetto ass places never again that was the worst $ 13 dollars ever spent plus there soooo over priced.

I honestly think their wings are alright in flavor, I’ve tried mild and the orignial hot. The only thing is they can tend to be a little too salty. The times I’ve been here the service was on point though

It was okay. The teriyaki was pretty good. The potato salad was decent. Waited a while for them though. Ordered the 8 piece combo with veggie sticks.

The only good thing here is the barbecue.. tried the hot and mild wings noooo flavor what so ever and fried to a crisp …

Ordered online and still had to wait about 20 minutes after the pickup time. The wings and fries were pretty good though, not the best but decent.

I don’t know why their wings (white meat) are seemingly dark… indicates to me poor quality chicken. Also, although the food is good, they need to change the grease more often…

Tried giving this Wingstop another try and they failed again.
Food was cold, fries were cold. Wings were disappointing, hardly any chicken on the traditional wings. Sticking to BWW

Poor service, they have great wings here but each and every time I stop by to pick my wings up, no one seems to know what they are doing. Mind you they are very ghetto, maybe it’s the neighborhood. Fries are very disappointing as well.

I heard this place had good chicken! Omg so, not true! Nasty! the taste was not a pleasant one. Ill never go there again.

Finally, tried this place out, but it was a let down.
The wings were small and I was not a fan of the flavors. I did like the fries though.
My guy and I both thought everything was a tad salty too.
I’ll stick with Hooters.

Wings are great but my online or phone in orders are always 20 – 30 late. Even with the estimated finish time the online ordering or the people give you.

My sister brought some last night and I love them. They taste great and I’m going to try the other flavors soon

Love their wings! My favorite are the Cajun for the spicy but not overwhelming and the garlic Parmesan ones are not spicy but they are so crispy and delicious. The best part of it all are the fries! They have a sweet yet greasy taste to them which go soo good with the ranch dipping sauce. Their wings are waaaaaaaaaay better than Buffalo Wild Wings for sure! I ordered ahead and the guy who took my order got it right and my food was ready when I got there! You guys are getting better!!!

I always order form here when don’t feel like cooking and still good flavor and fresh, every time I have to wait because I order form inside the store but this time I decided to do it online and way ahead of time so I don’t have to wait! By the time I get to the store they didn’t got my order from online even if I have a confirmation order and everything so once AGAIN I have to wait. Of order online call to make sure otherwise you will have to wait.

Use to come here on a fairly regular basis, mainly cus family members of mine liked the food. But it seemed like a regular practice of this place is to forget stuff like dipping sauces. But recently I had a really bad experience where THEY messed up my order BIG TIME and then as I try to argue they try to make it seem like I placed the order wrong. So not only did THEY mess up the order but then THEY try to make ME look stupid? Oh yeah, excellent customer service. And the parking situation here sucks. There are only 3 spots cus everything else is either for the Cricket store or the random computer place to the south of it. You are better off going to the one on archer near Austin.

As a wing lover this place is pretty awesome. The wings are freshly made, but contrary to what they claim about the wings being ready to go… I had to wait 14 minutes for the food. I was told about the wait time after I paid.

The employees where nice but I personally didn’t like the food at all!
I really wanted to try Wing Stop but this killed my dream :(
I’ll honestly never go back again, the wings were blah! Not even the sauce was good. The potato salad had hard potatoes! The fries were good!
I’m honestly not a picky eater but the food wasn’t good at all! The employees and manager were very nice.

Hot wings have finally landed near Midway and this one is perfect. I am so happy that someone decided to be smart and open this place. I go to Wing Stops all over Chicago, but now there is one near me and I will be a regular.
Many different flavors of wings and the beer works too! Have a Jamaican Red Stripe and some wings and you will be satisfied for sure.
Order ahead for games and they will oblige.
