Their wings are okay. I have had better wings than that.
If you really like wings people try WING ZONE they have the best wings one can have.

Loved the wings I got from this restaurant. The Garlic Parmesan and Cajun wings were seasoned just the way I like them. I have also tried the Mango, the Hawaiian, and the Habanero. They are all pretty good. I seriously recommend this restaurant if you like boneless wings. The only downside is that sometimes they may be spicier than you might like. Just ask for them to go easy or keep a glass of water handy.

Got our order wrong. Ended up with boneless when we clearly ordered traditional. Overly salted chicken. Completely unimpressed with this location. Definitely won’t return.

I visited because it the rest of the group wanted to visit but I have to say it is not my favorite choice the only thing in the menu is either wings or chicken tenders it looks quite dodgy since you come in and there is not even a trash can around to clean the table. I will never come again if it is in my choice. I will only recommend it if you are starving and there is nothing else around. They don’t sell any alcohol so not even beers to go with the chicken wings. They use tons of wrapping even if you say it is to stay and eat there they pack it as if it was to go so not very environment friendly. A very limited place I don’t recommend it at all.

I used to not have a problem with going to this location at all, then I tried to phone in an order…
I called in around 7:50pm and was ready to pay with my card through the phone so my friend could pick it up from his way home. So I call, place my order, an order of a 15 piece wings, half lemon pepper and half spicy korean BBQ for my friend and my order, a 5 piece of garlic parmesan, and he tells me my total price. But before I could tell him that my friend couldn’t pick it up until 8:30, he hangs up on me.
So I call back, I’m put on hold. I finally reconnect with the man on the phone, and I tell him, «wait, my friend cannot pick the food up until 8:30». Then I hear him yelling in the background, and then I’m in the middle of asking him if I can pay with my card through the phone when I find out he hung up on me. AGAIN.
Like can any indication be given before hanging up please? Thanks.
So my friend arrives at 8:30, and what do you know. The food isn’t ready yet. So he waits 15 minutes, watching them make the food I ordered over half an hour ago…
He gets back, I’m grabbing paper towels from the kitchen and I hear swearing from the living room. Turns out the employees just kind of threw the saucy chicken into the box without any regard to the mess that it can create. There was sauce everywhere. And then my order of 5 garlic parmesan wings were buried somewhere under his saucy wings, so that was nice too.
The food is great, but the customer service needs a lot of help.

This place would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the poor customer service and horrible attitude.
First and foremost, we had a large group of people and there weren’t any open seats. So in order for us to accommodate everyone we brought some chairs down that were already up on the table. (This location was no where near to closing) as we brought the chairs down and brought the two tables of 4 together a lady from the kitchen punched the glass at us and was yelling. This was soooo embarrassing and uncalled for. The entire restaurant looked at us and back at her as she slammed her fist into the glass and continued to mouth us off.
My party and I were all confused and the lady came out with anger from behind the kitchen and yelled at us to sit in the table of 4 that was opened. She says, «these tables are closed because we cleaned them already». After informing her that we had a party of 8 and that we couldn’t all sit in a table for 4 she understood. My question is, why punch the glass, make a scene and then yell in front of customers because a party wants to sit together?
My wife and I were looking forward to capping off to a great night. Instead visiting wing stop at this location did nothing but put a bad taste to the great food.
As the individual behind the counter called for our order I informed him that the order was incorrect. My wife ordered hot and garlic parmesan. He insisted that we didn’t order it this way and refused to make the corrections. After informing the individual once again that the order was incorrect he simply replied, «well that’s not what I put down and that’s not what you’re getting».
I will not recommend this location to anyone as the staff here is very rude and have poor customer service. So sad to write a review like this when the wings are actually good.

I don’t know why people are giving this Wingstop location anything less than 4 stars. I personally love the food (maybe too much) but on a customer service level, I have never been disappointed. Order is always right, always efficient and friendly. Most recently I forgot my phone and the team went out of their way to contact someone who just texted my phone to let me know they had my phone. In a city of almost 3 million people, I honestly thought my phone would end up in the trash based on my own negligence and it didn’t. I appreciate their attention to detail and their overall attitude!

I was here during closing time and the manager received a call about a wrong order. Lalo offered to go out of his way after work to drop off the order. You don’t see this kind of service nowadays.

There are a lot of bad reviews on here that I don’t understand, i went here with my family and they took care of us completely! The food was excellent and came out not once but twice to check our orders and make sure everything tasted fine, the cook had offered us additional food even for free! Wings and chicken were excellent with a lot of sauce and plenty to eat. The person that took our order made it the cheapest possible and made sure we had everything we needed! I asked her what her name was and she said it was tee! So next time someone goes there see if she’s there because she made sure our food was good! Overall very good food definitely going back sometime

Go here if u want something to be forgotten from your order, even when you order in person. No matter how much you try and shop with black operated businesses you get let down because of lack of customer service and general service skills. I won’t be spending money with this location, and the way the situation played out, this manager may have just ruined it for the chain of wing stop. But I’m sure you all wont care, because it’s the convenience of food. But hey, if you’re looking for wings in that area, Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t too far away, and Jewel is up the street and their wings are just as good.

On the way to the Chicago Bears preseason game, we decided to grab dinner here.
I LOVE buffalo wings with a side of ranch… and that’s exactly what I ordered. I chose the boneless wings, which made me wonder if the regular wings would have been a better choice. We picked the 15 wings combo that came with a side of fries. Unfortunately, the wings were dry, lacked true buffalo sauce flavor and weren’t crunchy at all. The fries were decent though.
We also ordered a fountain drink. This restaurant had one of those fancy fountain soda machines where you have many button options to press and dispense the flavor of your choice with each kind of soda. I wanted a regular Coke and was shocked to find out that they were out because they apparently had 6+ variations of Coke. I chose Cherry Coke as an alternative.
I’ll give the regular wings a try before I write off Wingstop.

It’s okay. Boneless wing chicken is chewy, Louisiana rub is just a seasoning salt, and they forgot my cheese sauce, which I paid extra for.

Vanessa is a rock star! I had to take the time to write a glowing review of her and the staff at this Wingstop location on Harrison. She’s a shining example of the type of personal touch it takes to retain customers. Vanessa took the time to get to know my name and my preferred order within the first couple of times I visited. That’s especially great, given that no other such restaurant employee has deigned to do so in the five-​or-​so years I’ve worked just south of the Loop, and given that she likely sees hundreds of college students a day. The food here is pretty typical of Wingstop (I’ll admit it sometimes seems greasy, but I kinda like that). I am addicted to their teriyaki glaze and crave it’s savory taste even as I type this. And you can’t really beat the 60¢ specials they have on Mondays and Tuesday.

Awful awful awful!!! I have been to other Wingstops, and they have been great. This ons is the pits! I ordered online thinking I can walk in and pick up my order. I walked in, was treated so rudely by the cashier, who kept giving me attitude. She finally looked down and saw my order in the printer bin. They then started my order when I walked in. They ask everyone for ID like they are criminals. The have no system when the orders are ready, a random person whispers a name. I sat there like an idiot for 45 minutes waiting for my order, when I asked them if it was ready. It seems it was sitting there for some time. Of course my order is cold when I finally get to eat it– about 1.5 hours after I ordered it online. Crappy service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere better!!! Avoid this place at all costs!

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Not only is the food subpar but when you pick up your order and get home and realize they messed it up, the manager (name starts with an L-​I am forgetting his name) can’t be bothered to fix it.
There is a Buffalo Wild Wings opening in the south loop soon, if I were you I would wait for them.

It is truly amazing at all be different, imaginative, and almost unbelievable ways in which this place can screw up a pick up order. Whether I just get the wrong order, they give me boneless instead of bone in, or they just leave that an order of a full dozen yeast rolls. I can confidently say that four out of five pick up orders will be wrong in one way or another.
When I do get the right food, however, it is good. The lemon pepper never disappoints. I recommend either dine-​in or check your pick up order before you walk out the door…

It’s the little things in life that make a difference sometimes… we went to Wingstop yesterday. We ordered a 15 piece mix bone and boneless pack. Half were parmesan and half were the feature flavor. The parm half was as tasteless as can be, the mango habanero half was just spicy but no a hint of mango flavor as the habanero overwhelm any possible flavor. We ordered our food at one minute to five and though there were a few people the restaurant was not as busy as other times we’ve visited this location. Our food was not ready until 25 minutes later at around 5:24.
The clencher… While we were waiting my partner asked the girl behind the counter for a cup for water and was told «we do not have any courtesy cups for water» I could not believe my ears, seriously, you mean to tell me that Wingstop has a policy not to provide customers with a cup for water because they have no «courtesy» cups…
…Needless to say you’ve seen the last of us. We will never set foot on this or any other location and believe you me I will tell everyone I know about this asinine policy of yours.

I would die for an order of the Hawaiian boneless wings.
Food is always great, and the cook aways give me a couple extra wings, noticed that when I used to order the strips too. (boneless wings are way better than strips)
The personalities of the people working here are hilariously different. Some are the no-​sass type, and others are hilarious. It takes longer than desired to cook, but the wings are worth the wait.
