I have been to dunks 3 – 4 times a week always good service, I just moved around the corner from this location and «Dan» was very rude while we were deciding with two kids in the car (no line) he SCREAMED «are you ready yet!!» Then my friend said «excuse me» in a similar sarcastic tone… He said «your not excused» … I then called ask for the manager and he got on the phone and claimed he was the manager… I hope that is not the case poor customer service skills and very immature… Will be sure to never return and tell all my neighbors!
