7-Eleven

This is the rudest place I have ever been to. I was already having a bad day when I came in for a 40 oz beer to try to relax after an exhausting day. A shorter rounder roman refused to sell it to me because she did not believe either my valid California drivers license which stated my obvious 22 years of age, or my second form of validation. She was extremely rude to me and when I asked for any possible way to prove my legal eligibility, she denied me. I’m never coming back to a place that treats people this way. Don’t take your personal problems out on customers…

Came in two days ago looking some emergency earphones i could use for 1 night. I knew 7 – 11 sells low quality products but was too lazy to drive all the way to walmart. I asked twice to make sure i could return them and the employee assured i could try them out and return them if i didn’t like them. So i opened the package and used them, i had to hold them a certain way in order to hear anything. anyway i returned two days later and the «manager”/bitch tells me i cant return them because the package was open and they couldnt take them back. To avoid any further disturbance I left the earphones on the counter and walked out. As a manager do your job and train your employees you dumb bitch. They all lack knowledge of both the merchandise and return policies.
