I would never rent from this property managment company again. No managment skills of there properties. Things were never fixed around the house (later taken out of our deposit) cockroaches infested our house (was told that this is due to the hot weather.) the list could go on & on. Basically if you dont want to be ripped off because you too are a struggling college student… avoid renting from AAA at all costs.
