Definitely the best place to store your extra stuff in Chico. When I moved from a 4bd house to a 2bd flat, I was able to safely store my things for a really low price. The management and staff are so helpful, considerate and sweet. Not sure how they manage to always be in a good mood, but they always are!

This place is older and not climate controlled however, it is secured and clean. The woman who works the front desk/check in area (Brooke) is really nice, very helpful and went the extra mile by letting me leave my bike locked up front and also added a handle to my storage door (it was missing). She didn’t act as if I was inconveniencing her when I requested a handle and took care of it right away! Thanks Brooke, you rock :) Biggest perk is they are open until 9pm, a lot of the other storage places are only open until 6pm but these guys are open late. Horray! One 5×10 pleeeeease!
Ps. They use a new locking mechanism which you can buy from them or save yourself $ 20 if you bring your own. It’s not a typical lock with a ‘U’ it’s the kind you insert, FYI.
