I dropped my friend for her surgery. The receptionist tried to charge my friend for something that is covered by insurance! After starting there for two hours (calling the insurance company and them talking to the receptionist) she then was convinced that it is covered by the insurance. The next appointment she attempted to do the same thing by stating that «she did not pay»! What the hell? I am personally never coming back here ! Not to people that try to steal your money :)

A change in ownership and a change in attitude, for the worse. Unfortunately, your unprofessionalism with this change has forced us to go to another business. A simple, upfront, disclosure about the insurance contract change is all that was necessary. Hanging up on me, was a very immature and tacky way to get your point across. So sad that front desk «customer service» ruins a great relationship with Dr. Brownridge. Best of luck.

Dr. Brownridge did a really good job on my oral surgery, especially considering how old he is! He’s very spry and his hands didn’t shake at all. I was impressed because most people his age are retired already. The rest of the staff was really great too!

If you’re getting your wisdom teeth out, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS MAN!!! I was told I needed my wisdom teeth out 4 years ago and of course didn’t act on it. I’ve had a few minor issues with them coming in since then, but nothing too drastic. A few weeks ago, I had a throbbing pain coming from my left jaw and I noticed one of my wisdom teeth was almost fully grown in. It was starting to shift my jaw and I knew the time had come to get them taken out immediately! After researching many oral surgeons, Dr. Brownridge had wonderful reviews across the board and I decided I wanted him to extract my teeth for me. From my initial consultation, I was so impressed with not only Dr. Brownridge, but the entire staff. They always took me right on time and we so friendly I almost forgot why I was there. My entire procedure took a hour and a half to extract my lower two teeth and I didn’t have too severe of pain the first 24 hours. By the second and third day my mouth was painful but not unbearable. I went in for my follow up after getting my wisdom teeth out and Dr. Brownridge was so accommodating I was still blown away. He gave me medicated dressings to put in my sockets to help ease some of the pain I was having, and man did they help! He really went above and beyond to make sure I had the easiest recovery and I definitely did thanks to him. This guy knows what he is doing and I recommend EVERYONE go to him if you have any oral dental issues. Thank you again Dr. Brownridge for making the horrible experience of getting my wisdom teeth out as painless and relaxed as possible!

I’ve been to Dr. Brownridge as well as my husband and mother for Oral surgery. He did a wonderful job and he made me feel very safe. His staff is the most pleasant of any dental office I’ve been to and very helpful. He will be the one my family will see for any future oral surgeries. Thank Dr. Brownridge and staff!:)
