Dr Spaulding himself does excellent work and so does the Hygienist Heather. However, my issue is with the front desk agent Tanya. I was given an estimate for my crown in the amount of my out of pocket being $ 260. I was not ever called when the amount ended up being more and was just sent a bill stating it needed to be paid or I would be sent to collections in the amount of $ 461.00. I called to see what was going on, and she told me that I made one payment for my out of pocket estimate, I corrected her and said I paid it all and she promptly got very rude and told me not to be «snappy with her» etc etc the rest of the phone call she had a very rude tone and was not at all helpful in the way of being understanding as to why I would be upset when an estimate is off by several hundred dollars. Needless to say although the Dentist himself does good work, I cannot support a business that has employees that interface with the public who have no sense of how to deal with customers.
